Rymlig, välkomnande plats för 1-2 par med barn. Två ensuite king sovrum och en våningssäng sovrum med fyra enkelsängar. Minsta vistelse två nätter med undantag för semesterveckor. Vårt hem ligger i Forest Ridge grannskapet i Lincoln inom gångavstånd till Sports Club bekvämligheter inklusive pooler, bastu, badtunna, spelrum och tennis. Vår enhet ligger på första våningen (ingen trappor) med en täckt ingång och en skidskåp utanför ytterdörren. Vår fastighet har en skidbuss som plockar upp direkt framför vår enhet och tar dig till Loon Mountain. Välutrustat kök, internet och kabel-TV, och en arbetsstation inklusive skrivare.

The perfect quick escape from Boston! Ice castles 10 min away sledding on the property and a great pool. Condo is clean and resourceful kids has a blast

Fabulous condo for a ski vacation

This is a fabulous luxury condo at the foothills of Loon Mountain. Two families stayed very comfortably in this modern complex with new amenities and a fully-stocked kitchen. The kids LOVED the spacious bunk beds! Joe and Mary Beth are super friendly, helpful, and quickly responsible hosts. We would love to come back!

Wonderful family retreat

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo during the holidays and had a wonderful time. The condo was the perfect location for us to unplug as a family with lots of games, reading, and fresh air. The space has been recently updated and it had everything we needed- including extremely comfortable beds. The indoor pool was a major plus on a rainy day. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Family ski weekend

Great place, location and hosts! Condo is clean, fully stocked and cozy. It’s exactly as described in listing. You can track the shuttle on the Forest Ridge website which picks up right at the beginning of the street if you’re heading to loon. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly if there’s any questions. I would love to rent again in the near future!

Great Accomodations

Well geared for a family with little kids! Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy! comfy couch and plenty of space to play! the location is also great as its right near the swimming pool and swingset.

Wedding whirlwind

We were in town for a wedding. Your place was the perfect respite for us. Clean as a whistle, quiet and comfortable. If it was wintertime and I was coming off the slopes, I would be in heaven taking a shower with awesome water pressure and hopping into that VERY comfortable huge but cozy bed! Thanks so much!

Our whole family really enjoyed this vacation. The location was beautiful, the condo was clean and pleasant, with a lot of recent renovations and close to the pool. Mary Beth and Joe were a pleasure to deal with.

Renting this property Was extremely easy with the host Mary Beth and Joe. All equipped with everything that you would possibly need. Great Porch With Bbq grill very comfortable beds and all new appliances This condo close by lots of restaurants and touristy sites!!

Great condo close Loon and Franconia Notch

Really enjoyed our stay at this well stocked and appointed condo. Perfect space for a family. Very close to all activities and restaurants on the area. The fireplace was great and the furniture is very comfortable especially after a long day of hiking.. We will be back!

Cozy and clean

This condo was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 5. The owners communicated well and were very accommodating when we needed to change our arrival date! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals in the room. Highly recommend this condo!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great little getaway!

We had a great little getaway in Lincoln. The home was spacious and perfect for our two families of 4. We were close to the sports center and a little pond where our kiddos went looking for frogs. The hosts were very communicative. We're already looking at what days we can return!

Great rental - perfect for families

This rental was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the bunk room, and that the indoor pool was within walking distance. There were even toys and kids' plates, cups, and utensils to use. It was a short drive to Loon (we didn't use the shuttle) and to the grocery store and restaurants. The unit was also very clean and the owners were quick to respond to messages. We are already thinking of renting again next year!
