The house was fantastic and exceeded our expectations! The amenities were great and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Arizona. I would highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a spacious and luxurious place to stay!

The location is excellent. Property is extremely well appointed for games and family activities. Walled back yard great for pups. Pool is very nice and well maintained.

Unfortunately, just as another reviewer left a comment regarding the cleanliness of the house, I can express the same sentiment. The house is VERY lived in and needs lots of TLC. I would highly suggest a new cleaning service. The vent filters to the house were layered with layers of dust, vent fans in the bathrooms were covered as well. The sinks in the bathrooms are bowl sinks and the water runs out behind the sinks and in front of the sinks and as a result, there is mold all around the sinks. The shower in the primary bath, while cool, barely work as the shower heads were clogged. The walls and baseboards have taken a severe beating. The house and backyard was spacious, but unfortunately, we did not get what we paid for. When communicating with the property manager about these issues, I was informed I should have let her know about these issues upon check in. I came for business and was looking forward to a relaxing stay, not having to deal with workers in and out of the house to paint, clean, fix, remove mold, etc.

We loved this house and its layout was perfect for us. We traveled with our pets and it worked out well. Enjoyed the swimming pool as well. In fact, we just booked a return stay so would highly recommend this home.

The place was just as expected, typical VRBO. We were bummed that there was no board games to play, but still loved the pool and the beds were comfortable! My only two things that were disappointing was the lack of response when I had a couple questions and that they probably need to hire a new house cleaner. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and they gave us an extra hour for check out!
