Spectacular 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car side-load garage home in desirable Palmetto Shores. Home is a beautifully renovated all-brick ranch nestled on a huge .52 acre lot. Drive up to home boasting a large front yard and a fenced in back yard with all the bells and whistles. Underground pool surrounded by nice decking for gathering, sunning, game room with pool table, gated back deck perfect for outside entertaining, grilling and just quiet time.
The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great space. Private backyard with pool. Sleeps up to 14 guests. 1 king, 4 double beds and 2 pullout sofas
Washer/ dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Game room
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free (5 parking spots + garage)
