Located just minutes from I-25, our 4,500 sq ft, three-story home provides easy access to Colorado Springs, Denver, and the Air Force Academy's North Gate. The Heart House (Hospitality Elegance and Retreat Together) offers ample space for families and groups to relax and connect. The main floor features a formal dining room, a cozy living room, a spacious family room, and a dedicated two-person office areaâproviding versatile spaces for both leisure and productivity.
Upstairs, you'll find multiple bedrooms, including at least two king-sized beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms and a Murphy bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or creating a private suite for a second family. This level also includes a separate office area, making it ideal for remote work or study sessions.
