annual Thanksgiving getaway

this was our second year staying at the house for Thanksgiving. the house is perfect in every way. plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. fully stocked kitchen. the house is well decorated and very comfortable.

Amazing place to stay

We chose this place for location and comfort. We were in town to visit our son's family. My wife and 2 teenaged kids stayed quite comfortably and hosted our son's family for a lunch and dinner. Our 16yr old gamer enjoyed the fast wifi and taking the basement bedroom with its own family room and bathroom. Our 14yr old enjoyed sleeping in the room next to us as she is a bit scared in unfamiliar places. Pros: Large dining room table is great for family meals and boards games. Kitchen with a big island is great for entertaining. Light switch controlled fireplace was relaxing. Garage parking, washer and dryer, and excellent decor. My wife will never admit to snapping a pic of their decorations. Cons: stairs are on the steeper side and there are a quite a few. I would be cautious with toddlers in this space, luckily our granddaughter is not yet walking. Finally, there are a couple of chores to keep up with. Garbage and dishes. Which may not suit everyone.Monday is garbage day, I enjoyed engaging 2 neighbors walking past.We found this house to be absolutely amazing and an excellent value. We highly recommend!

USAFA BANQUET

Thank you for a great weekend! We stayed with another USAFA family. 6 adults, very roomy, Bill was very responsive for a couple of issues we had. (Nothing major). They live next door so I didn’t feel like I was bothering him The beds were not the most comfortable but we were only there for two nights. I would definitely recommend this house especially for its location and. Quiet neighborhood

Family get together

This house was perfect as it gave us the opportunity to spend time as family with awesome open space but yet room for privacy if you need alone time. The host family was amazing in every aspect and this is a highly recommended home.

Wonderful Wedding House

This was a great house for our extended weekend as we visited Colorado from Tennessee and Texas for our nephew’s wedding. The location was perfect! Close to the venue (Larkspur), grocery stores and airport (COS). The neighborhood was quiet and the house was truly comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. We even hosted a brunch with an additional 8 people. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you Bill!

Parents weekend visit

This house was fantastic. Close to the academy in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. The house was very clean when we arrived and the homeowners were easy to communicate with. Over all everything went smoothly for our family.

Very comfortable 2.5 week stay

Nice home in quiet neighborhood near trails. Location is close to grocery store. Good for our dogs with sliding door giving easy access to fenced backyard. House was bigger than expected and has multiple levels so you need to be good with stairs especially to reach bedrooms.

Perfect home close to the Academy.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was much larger than I anticipated. The backyard was a wonderful spot to relax in after a long day on the lacrosse fields. We discovered Monument Lake just a few minute drive from the house and spent time there. Do not hesitate to book. We will definitely be back.

We would give this home 10 stars if we could

5 adult family members came from across the country and this home was absolutely perfect for us all. It was VERY clean and had an amazing kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, applicance, and dishware you could want. The host provided plenty of towels, linens, and thoughtful amenities. The lovely backyard was a treat to relax in the eveings. It was also nice to have the option to park inside the garage. But the best thing about this home was how comforable it was for a group with 3 distinct gathering areas. It's layout and decor really create a welcoming, relaxing environment. Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly. We would love to stay in this home again on our next visit.

Senior Trip

My son and 4 of his friends wanted to take a trip after their senior year in high school before they start college in the fall. They did alot of research and planning. I found this house in Monument Colorado that was perfect online. When we actually arrived and checked in the house exceeded all our expectations. The owner was great. The house was very clean and we will definitely stay here again if available.

Outstanding Rental - Exactly As Advertised

The perfect rental house for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious house to rent in Monument. We traveled with our dog and the backyard was just the right size to let her run around, while the high fence gave us peace of mind. The home has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and not worry about the details. Some listings just say it, this one delivers. Access to the home was simple via the front door or garage. The driveway was long enough to accommodate my large vehicle and the garage was a perfect place to dry gear after a day outdoors. The home has a TON of space for families or groups of all sizes. Five stars all around and we would absolutely rent this home again on our next trip to Monument.

Family outing

Close to USAFA!

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a quick ride to the Air Force Academy. This is a perfect home for parents weekend or graduation and is dog friendly! The yard is great and the hole has multiple areas for either gathering or quiet time. Bill and Patti were wonderful and very accommodating!

Our home is conveniently located between Colorado Springs and Denver with easy access to the interstate and to front range mountain roads. Monument is a small town but has much of what larger cities offer... restaurants, big box stores, and local flavor.

Very close to the Monument ice rinks for those that are in town for training or competition.

Great for families who need space to spread out and relax.

Excellent for small family gatherings with a spacious outdoor patio for nicer days and an open floor plan for cooler days.
