This single-family residence, located at the front of the property, is ideal for families seeking a safe neighborhood. It is a great option for those who have been affected by floods, fire, or anyone looking for short or long-term accommodations on a monthly basis. The house comes equipped with TVs that have access to Netflix, as well as WiFi, a coffee machine with coffee, a blender, a toaster oven, a microwave, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a dryer.

8. Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can side of the house.
9. No exception to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with the host in advance.
10. Turn Lights Off And AC/Heat Off when away.
11. Quiet time after 10:00 pm
12. No smoking inside. You may smoke outside.
