The street is attractive with mature trees and sidewalks. There are comfortable beds and new appliances. I would definitely stay here again. THe back yard is well appointed with grill, seating area and a space for children or pets. If it came up for sale I would buy it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was a gem! There was a nice basket of goodies to welcome us. All beds were comfortable, I’ve never experienced that. The living area was spacious, the dining room table for six hosted some lively card games and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor space was large and felt woodsy. Best of all was the location: Ralph’s was handy at a half mile away, a lovely mountain trail system was a short drive or longer walk (we took advantage every day), and Burbank airport was a quick drive for easy pick up/ drop off. We will stay here again!

Christmas home away from home

Welcoming Stay

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.

Third party management not for us

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives:Great location, nice neighborhood, close to many amenities, easy access to Universal, Burbank, and LA, mostly clean, comfortable, quite. Negatives: Several broken floor tiles through ought the property that make it feel dated and abused. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The property is managed by a third party, and it could be a coincidence, but I started receiving advertising emails from several vacation sites as soon as they had my information. I specifically asked via email if they sell my personal information, and they did not respond. Not sure if VRBO has a policy about it, but they should. Are companies subsidizing the property costs by selling your information? Would be good to understand.

The beds are large,and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. When I contacted the host with a question,I received a timely response which I appreciated. Sprouts, Starbucks, Macy's, cute little shops and banks are all near this adorable house. It's also a quite and friendly neighborhood. We completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Lovely home in quiet location!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this home! The location is QUIET but also close to everything you need in Burbank. 3 minutes to Target 😉 The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the little welcome snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Special shoutout to the room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Very appreciated when adjusting to PST.

Great location! Comfortable and quiet home.

Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, living area is relaxing. Dining area worked well with 8 chairs, plus bar stools that can be used around the dining table. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a treelined street. Great for walks. Backyard is open to the front yard. The "master bedroom" has the king bed, but no attached bathroom. The "3rd bedroom" with the queen bed has the attached bathroom. This wasn't clear in the photos or description. Only downsides were maintenance issues: broken toaster, broken icemaker, though we were given a large bag of ice. Fan in 3rd bedroom had a broken pull switch for the light, so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn off the light at night while the fan was on. Outdoor patio brickwork needs help.

Everything about it made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was adorable! I could see myself living in a place like that. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do. Most sites were within an hour (with traffic), such as Disney, Griffin Observatory, Queen Mary, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, and so much more! I highly recommend this home!
