This recently renovated private home is 300 yards from the beach and just a few blocks from the St. Johns County Municipal fishing pier, weekly farmers market, great restaurants and shopping. Spacious outdoor shower and patio, second-floor sun porch with recliners and ceiling fans, private backyard and garden. Features two large flat-screen TVs (master bedroom and living room) with cable, high-speed internet, HBO, Netflix, XBox, and a Bose wireless music system. This home also comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Beach cruisers (bikes), beach chairs, beach towels, and a umbrella are onsite for your enjoyment.
