Welcome to Comstock Cabin, your cozy Big Bear getaway perfectly located near Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake, and The Village. Designed for comfort and connection, this charming cabin offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere with thoughtful touches for families, couples, and small groups.

Inside, you’ll find two inviting living rooms, giving everyone room to spread out. The front living room features a classic wood-burning fireplace, board games, puzzles, and toys for kids. The second living room includes a Roku TV, comfy seating, and direct access to the backyard—ideal for movie nights or quiet relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and cooking essentials. (Note: No dishwasher.) Families love the included kids’ dishware, pack ’n play, and easy layout for group stays.
All three bedrooms feature queen beds, making restful sleep easy after long days on the mountain or lake. With two full bathrooms—each with a tub/shower combo—getting ready for the day is simple for groups and families.

Guest Cleaning Disclosure (California Requirement)
We employ professional cleaners who fully service the home before and after every stay. They handle all linens, bathrooms, surfaces, and full disinfection.
We kindly ask our guests to complete the following simple tasks at checkout:
• Trash: Bag and take out all household trash.
• Dishes: Wash dishes used.
• Personal Items: Remove all personal belongings.
• Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked before departure.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 5 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Park in driveway, no street parking is permitted. Max 3 vehicles. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
