My family stayed here for 11 nights as our home had water damage and needed to be repaired. Pros: The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms, comfy beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. It is a great size for a large group of people/family. The property is gated with parking for approximately 3-4 suv/cars including a garage. There is high speed internet and a washer and dryer on site. Lots of natural light with so many windows throughout the house. Cons:The property is centrally located in an alley across from a billiards hall- I passed it up twice before checking in. There is a lot of traffic with cars playing loud music driving up and down the alley, homeless walking around, and yelling from the Zumba class instructor across the street. The first day of my family stay included cleaners coming back to drop off carpets, the police knocking on the door to ask for cctv footage of a crime that took place the night before, and an insurance rep coming to review the home and renew their policy. There was lots of police/helicopter activity throughout our stay. Overall cleanliness of the home is lacking and could use a good deep cleaning to match the posted photos. The floors were dirty with hairs (perhaps from the cleaners) throughout. The refrigerator had crumbs and residue in it. There were stains on the sofa/ chairs.Privacy is also questionable as some of the blinds are missing and we locked eyes with other people walking by and from the apartments across the way quite a few times.
