Not just a place to stay; it's an experience infused with the vibrant spirit of Music City. Each home boasts 4 beds and 4 bathrooms. Combined, they sleep 20+ with 15 beds!

Primary bedroom: King bed with En Suite bathroom. Bathroom boasts a large walk in shower and double vanity sink. Unwind in your lounge chairs as well.
Guest bedroom: Queen bed with spacious closet
Guest bedroom: King bed with En suite bathroom and walk in shower.
Bunk room: Perfect for group hangs! 2 Twin over Twin bunk bed and Full over Full bunk bed, plus another En suite bathroom.
Home 2 ~
Master bedroom: Features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Guest room: Offers a queen-size bed and spacious closet.
Guest room: Queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom.
Guest room: Perfect for larger groups! Two queen over queen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.

We're just a stone's throw (or a 10-15 minute Uber ride) from the heart of downtown Nashville, where the lights are bright, the music is loud, and the fun never stops. But don't overlook the charms of Germantown and East Nashville, because they're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from your front door. You're really 10-15 mins away from all the attractions in Nashville- Broadway, Five Points, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Pedestrian Bridge, Centennial Park, and more!

- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- Parking is private - we have a 2 car garage, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
