Mandarin är ett lyxigt hus vid vattnet, spridd över en halv tunnland fastighet med utsikt över Moriah Cay och det omgivande land- och havsparken. Mandarin är idealiskt beläget nära snittet mellan Great och Little Exuma och ger tillgång till utforska något nytt varje dag.

Mandarin har 4 dubbelrum och 4 1/2 badrum, trädgård, garage, pool och dockningsanläggningar. Fastigheten är luftkonditionerad och har en separat bar med Hibachi-grill och många underhållningsalternativ.

Huset ligger på en återvändsgränd från Queens Highway i det privata och avskilda kvarteret Moriah Harbor i Hartswell, Great Exuma.

Fastigheten kan enkelt rymma 8 vuxna gäster i sängar och ytterligare 2 barn.

Moriah Cay (och en av de bästa sandstänger och stränder i Exuma) ligger mindre än 500 meter från din ytterdörr och Man O War Cay är ytterligare 500 meter. Fastigheten är helt omgiven av den vackra Moriah Cay Land och Sea Park med dussintals avskilda vita pulverstränder.

Kajaker och en 10-fots motoriserad jolle ingår och ger tillgång till de lokala stränderna, öarna och bonefishing-lägenheterna. Fastigheten har en 20ft Center Console-båt som kan inkluderas genom separat arrangemang för mer utforska till Stocking Island, Elizabeth Harbour eller till och med Sandy Cay.

Fastigheten har en backup av generator och är i huvudsak solenergi. Vi använder naturligt filtrerat regnvatten i det mesta av hemmet.

The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.

Mandarin was a great house that was very nicely appointed. It was super comfortable for the six of us in our party. The water of Moriah Cay was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this home for your Exuma stay.

Beautiful island, lovely people!

Beautiful spot, super convenient, lovely people. Groceries easy to find. Kitchen perfect for food prep and group meals. Sitting by pool lovely. We had some challenges with the ac units smelling of mold due to lack of use, bleaching prior to guests arrival would solve that.

Magical time with friends and family

We loved our stay at the Mandarin House. It was perfect for a group of long time friends. Everybody had both space to get away and a great family spaces to get together. We cooked together, hung out by the pool and explored the island. Monica made excellent recommendations for activities, services and restaurants. The staff is great too, they came by frequently to check on things and make sure we had gas for the grill, towels and supplies. I would recommend that they get new paddles for the paddle boards. Overall we had a great time.

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

The perfect place for 2 couples. It was great-each couple had their own space in the evening but we ate breakfast together in the main house each morning and gathered to play cards and just hangout. We were there in September and there were not a lot of restaurants that were open so we did a lot of cooking in the evening as well. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at Mandarin. Monica was extremely helpful. A few issues with the dingy. Wasn’t working until two days prior to departure. Owner was on top of issues and trying to solve the problem. All in all we had a great memorable trip.

Can’t beat the location

The location was exactly what we were looking for. The house is a little worn and not as clean as I keep my own house but it didn’t bother us and we would go back. It had everything we needed to have a enjoyable vacation. Hands down our favorite vacation yet. The dingy boat is unreliable so definitely take 2 paddles out when you go out. Monica was very responsive and helped us plan all the details. Take the trip!

Paradise FOUND!

It’s hard to put into words the beauty of Moriah Harbor and being able to stay right on her beautiful waters in the Mandarin House. The property was so perfect for our group and allowed everyone their own space to sleep and relax. We loved being able to hang in the pool after our days on the boat and in the water. Many naps were taken floating in the late afternoon sun floating in that pool 😂. The wild life in the harbor right off the dock was spectacular. We saw sting rays, turtles, lemon sharks (harmless), puffer fish, and more! I could’ve explored the area for a month. I was so sad to leave after 8 days. It simply wasn’t long enough. Monica is such a gem and so so communicative, kind, and helpful! We just loved our stay and can’t say enough. I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else on the island now.

Enjoyable vacation

Nice home with good amenities. Plenty of space to spread out or spend time together as a large group. Enjoyed cornhole, the pool, paddle boarding, the dinghy (once the engine was swapped out), the hibachi grill, and swimming off the dock. Communication with the property manager was excellent and the small issues that popped up were addressed quickly. Small repairs are needed, like tightening the cabinets and securing the dishwasher. We had a wonderful time and would visit this property again.

It was AMAZING!!!

This property is truly dreamy. Gorgeous location. The view was breathtaking. Swimming right off the dock boasted many run ins with local marine life. Snorkeling was super fun. Not to mention the neighboring cays with their many sand bars were other worldly showcasing turquoise and white like something from a post card. This place is the perfect island setting. Immaculate digs as well. The owners were lovely hosts. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again when we revisit Exuma.

Picture Perfect Paradise

The property has a unique layout. The studio was just right for our single son, the bar house was perfect for our married son and the main house was awesome for us old folks. We enjoyed having the bluetooth speakers at the bar house to listen to music while chillin. The house was very spacious and fantastic views! Monica was very prompt in attending to any issues that arose in a timely fashion. Great place!

Wonderful Stay at Mandarin House!

Moriah Cay is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and staying at the Mandarin House was the perfect place to take it all in. We were a party of eight that travels to Exuma every year at the beginning of March. This year was the first time we rented a house and it couldn't have worked out better. Mandarin House is lovely and worked out comfortably for all of us. We had plenty of room to gather together as a group or spend apart for quiet time. The kitchen is large and provides a nice area to cook and prepare meals. The terrace is perfect, and the pool was a delight. We rented a boat from Drexel for six days and couldn't be more satisfied. Overall, thumbs up for a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay when visiting Moriah Cay and Exuma.

The house was absolutely perfect!! Monica had fast, excellent communication from the time we booked through check out. We hired a Chef Keva to cook our meals which is an excellent way to fully enjoy your vacation. We loved hanging out at the bar area after a long day on the water. The dock was perfect for our boat rental drop off where we explored Moriah Cay and then spent the afternoon at Chat n Chill. A short drive to Tropic of Cancer Beach which might be the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. We had a lovely dinner at Blu on the Water, a short drive from the property. I would highly recommend the Swimming with the Pugs All Day Tour (Staniel Cay). So much fun! It also includes a stop to see endangered Iguanas, swimming with Nurse Sharks, snorkeling Thunderball Grotto, and lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club. Would absolutely stay here again!

Must Stay

We could have easily stayed in a resort, but we are so happy we elected to stay at the Mandarin. Such a neat property with a lot to do! We went with two families (9 total people; 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 8-15), and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. At the same time, we were able to hang out in the main living space whenever we were home. We loved paddle boarding and kayaking across the bay to Moriah Harbour Cay. It only took 35 minutes to an hour to get to the opposite side of the island for excursions. The moment we arrived Monica made us feel welcomed! Her exact words were, “Let the kids have fun, they are in the Exumas!” We made great memories and recommend this location to anyone looking for the perfect spot to vacation with family and friends!

The Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time in Exuma! The Mandarin House is beautiful and is great for families with multiple units. Monica was wonderful and available for all questions and stocked the house with groceries ahead of our arrival. She also provided very useful information regarding car rentals, excursions, etc. prior to our arrival which was so helpful! We had a delicious catered meal from Nola our first night which was wonderful. She even offered to hold our baby while we ate. We rented a boat from Daphne with Exclusive Boat Rentals and her crew delivered it and picked it back up! We loved using it to explore around Moriah Harbor. We had a great time on a private charter with Exuma Watersports. We are already planning our next trip back!

Perfect getaway for a group or families!

Words can not describe this breathtaking villa. Everything was perfect from the location, the boat on property, the layout, the masseuse and our house host Monica. She truly went out of her way to make us feel at home and assist us with any thing we needed from the moment we booked our trip to our departure. She even showed up on the morning of my birthday to deliver a cake and champagne! Thank you again!! The house is perfectly set up for a group of couples or for a family. We had three couples and everyone had their own "wing" with an in-suite bathroom. The AC worked very well. We loved the bar area where we spent time playing on the instruments, cooking and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. We cant wait to visit again!

The Mandarin is situated right on Moriah Harbour and looks over the Moriah Cay Land and Sea Park. Our waterfront property has full dock facilities and 21ft center console boat so you can make full use of the beautiful local beaches and Cays.

The house is a substantial 1/2 acre property with 3 separate buildings accommodating 10 people (8 adults).

We have Kayaks and you can snorkel along the waterfront and see a variety of tropical fish and even catch your own Lobster if your good enough!
