The kitchen is well-equipped with brown granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating for two, making it a pleasure to cook and entertain. Just beyond, a charming breakfast nook for four connects the kitchen and the rear living room, offering a sunny spot for casual meals. For larger gatherings, the formal dining room seats six and is perfect for everything from holiday feasts to game nights. The rear living room is where the whole family will want to gather, with a plush wrap-around sectional, a smart TV, and oversized sliding glass doors that open to your private outdoor oasis.

Step outside to the screened-in lanai and pool area, where the Florida sun meets the comfort of home. A dining table for six, comfortable seating, outdoor games, and a grill make it the perfect place to lounge, laugh, and dine al fresco. The gated pool area features lounge chairs, a sparkling pool —just the thing for winding down after a busy day. (Note there is not a hot tub just seating area in the pool)

Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
