Rob was an incredible host, he was great when it came to contacting. The place was clean, had all the info you needed for NOLA. The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. The place felt very comfortable and warm.

Comfortable/peaceful, clean apartment. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. Spacious bathroom. Safe, quiet, historic neighborhood. Restaurants and shops within walking distance (Magazine Street). Easy drive to the Quarter and other places of interest. Head to Metairie or the lake for more restaurant options. Easy access to the apartment and plenty street parking.

The accommodations were perfectly clean and cozy for our divas getaway, as we sat up all night and chatted! The amenities available were over and beyond expected. The decor was very interesting, as well! As entertaining! We felt very safe on the property as we traveled throughout the days and nights to various events, activities and restaurants. Host Rob was extremely pleasant, helpful and in touch at all times! Rob’s communications were top notched!

Excellent property

Booked a stay here for Mardi Gras and absolutely loved it. The space is perfect for 2-4 people and is located in a really great neighborhood. The owner Rob was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any communications. Can’t say enough good things.

Not a lot of privacy as you need to keep doors open for ventilation in the little space. Worked great for our family. Nicely decorated and very clean.

The suite is over 850 sq ft. and private with it's own entrance and doesn't have access to the other suite. There is a private master bedroom and there is a full size bed in a much smaller bedroom that has a fan/heater. However, Amy is correct that on very hot nights the bedroom door should remain ajar in order to get the AC, which is capable of cooling 1000 sq ft., from the main living area. The smaller bedroom has it's own door to the bathroom. On cooler and cold nights it's not an issue.

NOLA uptown rental

We had a wonderful extended NOLA visit at this property. The location was exceptional with easy access to restaurants, Magazine Street, Audubon Park, and music venues, and a short walk to the St. Charles trolley line. We could hop on the #11 Magazine bus and be in the French Quarter in less than 30 min. The neighborhood was full of architecturally interesting NOLA houses. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of NOLA details and comfortable furniture. There was ample closet space. We were very comfortable, and the extra small bedroom allowed us to have guests. Rob was the consummate host and stocked the unit with a wealth of information on NOLA and its attractions. He recommended restaurants and concerts etc. He stayed in constant contact with us to make sure everything was ok. He paid close attention to details (linens, blankets, a well-stocked kitchen, even movies) and made sure all the systems in the unit were functioning perfectly. We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay in this location again.

Home for a Month

We spent 31 great days at Rob’s property! The location is fabulous and Rob is a thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable host. We had no significant problems during our entire stay and our few minor requests were handled quickly and courteously. We fully intend to repeat our visit again next year. Already looking forward to it. Thanks for everything Rob and Patrice! It was wonderful!

Look No Further!

Three friends and I rented this property for a weekend trip. This space accommodated us with no issues and was clean, functional, and well maintained. This property is located in an incredibly safe neighborhood, and is in walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. When you do want to venture out into the French Quarter and hit Bourbon Street, our Uber rides were roughly 10-15 minutes. Rob was very accommodating and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and see. I would absolutely book this property again for my next trip to New Orleans.

Great accommodations! Superb Location! Awesome Owner/Manager

Myself, my wife, and our teenage daughter and her best friend recently spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. It’s location is ideal — just a few blocks from Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo and a block off Magazine Street with its many food and drink options. Owner/Manager, Rob, welcomed us upon arrival and ensured all was in order. He also offered advice on things to see and do during our stay. Upon checkout, he also came by to bid us farewell and took the time to also show us his other adjacent vacation rental. All in all, was a great experience and we will definitely look to stay here again on future trips back to the city.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed a visit to New Orleans after the Mardi Gras season, and don't think we could have found a better place to stay. We had a rental car, but dining, shopping and sightseeing were within an easy (and beautiful) walk. We took the St Charles Trolley to French Quarter; we drove the rental car to French Quarter, but we were also able to make a fabulous day trip. Other reviewers speak to the attentiveness of the owner, Rob, and we concur. He was gracious and charming - just like this property!
