Silver Lake La Vie en Rose Penthouse 1300 sqft
Welcome to Silver Lake living at its best! This stylish light-filled Spanish will make you fall in love. Step in through the front door, and youâre already met with stunning views. The spacious living room boasts 11 ft high, original domed ceilings and arched windows with more breathtaking downtown and canyon views. Enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets from the B&B Italia sofas in the living room. This penthouse apartment retains its 1920âs charm with many original details including textured plaster walls, original closets and floors, but has been updated for modern comfort.
More tall arched windows flank a large separated dining room that allows for meals that seat 6-8 people comfortably. The master bedroom also has direct canyon views, while the second bedroom has a peekaboo view. Each is well appointed with brand new designer furniture.
There is also a large quiet dedicated workspace for you to work from home. Pictures coming soon.
Enjoy panoramic views of Silver Lake, Downtown and the west side from your own private roof deck dining area (pictures also coming soon).
This is truly Silver Lake living at its best. Itâs a quick 10 minute walk down to Lamill, Botanica, L&E and the shops on Silver lake Blvd. Or walk the other direction and youâre at Sunset even faster.
This is the top floor penthouse unit of a triplex. It is a generous 1300 sqft. There is new landscaping throughout the property. The shared back yard has several tiers for you to enjoy a mellow meal

Failure to adhere to the rules could result in the partial or complete loss of your deposit. In the event of violations or severe disruptions, we will move forward with an immediate eviction.
You will be provided with an entry code to the apartment that will expire upon the end of your booking.
Keep excessive noise down at all times.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM during which guests must be especially mindful of excessive noise.
No parties, no late night dinner gatherings, no late night hangout sessions with several guests.
No additional guests after 10 PM without prior permission.
The decibel levels are monitored, and we strictly require compliance regarding excessive noise and parties.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
No moving or rearranging of furniture or decorations for any reason without prior permission.
No filming, photo shoots, or production crews allowed inside the unit.
No pets of any kind inside of the unit for any reason.
Do not leave the air conditioner on if you aren't going to be home for an extended amount of time.
Park according to check in instructions for the duration of your stay.
Upon checkout, you are required to leave the unit tidy and in similar condition to when you arrived.
Do not leave trash, dirty dishes, or personal belongings behind on your departure.
You may receive mail at the address if you like, but we will not be responsible for rerouting any mail that shows up after your stay has ended.
Report any damage that may have occurred during your stay - do not leave it for us to discover after your departure. We are very reasonable in this area and understand that accidents happen, however if we are not warned ahead of time and have to hire emergency maintenance to cover surprise damages, we will seek to be fully compensated.
