This is a good little spot for a quick and convenient time at Gulf Shores. Pros: location is super convenient to walk to nearby stores, restaurants, coffee shop. The beach is a 2 min walk from condo! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The fridge is very clean and the unit also has a washer & dryer. Cons: the unit could use some freshening up- if you are looking for more updated finishes this would not be ideal.

Great place to stay! It even had extra beach chairs and items to take to the beach. Pier 33 market was across the street and great to get a specialty coffee from.

Everything was clean and as described. The beach was beautiful with easy access. This was our first time traveling to Gulf Shores. I would recommend this rental for vacation. Thanks for a great trip!

2nd Time Staying Here

This is our favorite Condo to stay at for vacation. Pool and beach so close to condo. Very friendly owner and condo is clean. The condo has everything we needed for cooking. We will be back next year.

Baby's 1st beach trip

Brought my grandsons to the beach for the first time. The direct access was perfect with 2 small boys (1 & 5 yo) without having to pack a vehicle or cross the street to get there. Will definitely be back.

Truly Clean

This was the second consecutive year that we’ve stayed here. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and this place doesn’t disappoint! It’s conveniently located and Ed is fantastic! Without a doubt, we’ll be back next year!

Cozy Condo

Well kept,older condo complex, in a great location right on the beach. We loved the privacy of the place. The condo had all the needed amenities of a home away from home. The property manager Ed was great to work with. We would defiantly consider a return to #31 Harbor House for a return trip in the future.

Great condo

Absolutely love this condo, so conveniently located to the beach and a short walk to all the shops. It is just far enough away it’s not so busy but yet close to everything. The owner is super helpful(we have stayed more than once)! And the condo is as clean as a whistle every time we have come. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I am very comfortable there as soon as I walk in.

Great Experience

This is the third year that we’ve stayed at this location. The condo is always clean and is very conveniently located. The property owner is fantastic to work with and Sabrina goes above and beyond in her cleaning. Always a fantastic experience! We’ll see you next year!
