2BR / 2BA Condo-balkongutsikt över havet och lagunen

Landingen ligger ungefär 3. 5 miles rakt västerut från Hwy 59 (skärningspunkten mellan "Hangout".) Om du letar efter en avkopplande plats är det här. Stränderna här är en idealisk plats att "komma bort från allt." Andelslägenhetskomplexet ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden och ligger mellan havet och lagunen. Du har det bästa av båda världarna här. Vattnet är alltid lugnare på lagunens sida.

Poolen byggdes på lagunens sida och är en underbar plats att sitta, koppla av, ha en grill med våra inbyggda grillar och titta på de spektakulära solnedgångarna i slutet av bryggan som sitter i lusthuset.

Det finns bra fiske i lagunen eller så kan du surfa fisk precis utanför stranden. Vår brygga har flera båtar. Men vi har ingen båtlansering. Det finns offentliga båtlanseringar i närheten, om det behövs.

UPDATE: Vi har wifi tillgängligt.

Vår enhet har uppdaterats, är snyggt inredd och har välvda tak.

Båda sovrummen har queen size-sängar och den utdragbara soffan är också en queen size.

Needs a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Spacious and near beach. Pool was clean and quiet. You are required to put dishes away after cleaning, which we had to wash several items before use, so hpuse keeper should be responsible so that kitchen stays cleaner. Need lightbulbs in bathroom. Otherwise quiet and suitable. We enjoyed the trip overall.

Family trip

The condo and property grounds meet all of our excitations and needs. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked, views were excellent, pool was on the smaller side but perfect for the community! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed for a tournament week

We were there for a baseball tournament so a fancy complex/pool didn’t matter. This unit was perfect. Loved the cathedral ceiling. Loved that we were in a quiet area of town. The flooring was updated and provided a modern feel. The decor and accommodations were current and inviting. Host was very responsive. The beach was across the street and the white sand beaches were breathtaking. Only negatives were the 2 flights of stairs and the complex could use an updated paint job.

OMG…what a place

This is such a nice small place and super close to the beach. The owner had great communication and was very friendly. Close to the main strip for dining and shopping. Definitely a place to keep saved in my favorites to go back again!!!!

Nosey neighbor

The condo was nice. It was mostly clean and we felt comfortable. We do not like large crowds so the location was ideal. The beach is directly across the little road and the entrance is only a few houses down. The pool was clean and a great temperature. There is a new, nice dock in the lagoon behind the complex that is mostly shaded with benches available. The only issue was a nosey neighbor or maybe neighbors. It made us feel as though we were constantly being watched, which did not make us feel welcome. This could cause other owners to loose business. I have stayed in this complex several times before but would reconsider after this trip.
