Om boendet

Landingen ligger ungefär 3. 5 miles rakt västerut från Hwy 59 (skärningspunkten mellan "Hangout".) Om du letar efter en avkopplande plats är det här. Stränderna här är en idealisk plats att "komma bort från allt." Andelslägenhetskomplexet ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden och ligger mellan havet och lagunen. Du har det bästa av båda världarna här. Vattnet är alltid lugnare på lagunens sida.

Poolen byggdes på lagunens sida och är en underbar plats att sitta, koppla av, ha en grill med våra inbyggda grillar och titta på de spektakulära solnedgångarna i slutet av bryggan som sitter i lusthuset.

Det finns bra fiske i lagunen eller så kan du surfa fisk precis utanför stranden. Vår brygga har flera båtar. Men vi har ingen båtlansering. Det finns offentliga båtlanseringar i närheten, om det behövs.

UPDATE: Vi har wifi tillgängligt.

Vår enhet har uppdaterats, är snyggt inredd och har välvda tak.

Båda sovrummen har queen size-sängar och den utdragbara soffan är också en queen size.

Great Place!

My family and I stayed 5 nights here. It was a very pleasant experience. The condo was very clean and very close to the beach and lagoon in Gulf Shores. I would highly recommend this cute condo for a relaxing beach stay!

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions provided! Enjoyed the neighborhood and felt secure. Definitely recommending this and would book again when we come back.

Everything we needed for a tournament week

We were there for a baseball tournament so a fancy complex/pool didn’t matter. This unit was perfect. Loved the cathedral ceiling. Loved that we were in a quiet area of town. The flooring was updated and provided a modern feel. The decor and accommodations were current and inviting. Host was very responsive. The beach was across the street and the white sand beaches were breathtaking. Only negatives were the 2 flights of stairs and the complex could use an updated paint job.

Great stay!

The condo was super clean and great location right across the street from the beach. The condo had all items needed and a full kitchen/fridge. Lovely balcony & clean pool to enjoy during our stay. We had an excellent stay.

OMG…what a place

This is such a nice small place and super close to the beach. The owner had great communication and was very friendly. Close to the main strip for dining and shopping. Definitely a place to keep saved in my favorites to go back again!!!!

Across the street from the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The two flights of stairs were a little difficult for us and a little noisy from people coming in and out during the night.

Nosey neighbor

The condo was nice. It was mostly clean and we felt comfortable. We do not like large crowds so the location was ideal. The beach is directly across the little road and the entrance is only a few houses down. The pool was clean and a great temperature. There is a new, nice dock in the lagoon behind the complex that is mostly shaded with benches available. The only issue was a nosey neighbor or maybe neighbors. It made us feel as though we were constantly being watched, which did not make us feel welcome. This could cause other owners to loose business. I have stayed in this complex several times before but would reconsider after this trip.

A week getaway

We loved the property location. The beach is right across the street and the lagoon is at the end of the parking lot with a fishing pier. Very comfortable condo. Well stocked. Large and very comfortable balcony.

Nice area

This condo was in a very nice area. Clean and quiet. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but our group was capable of using the stairs. The were a few mishaps but the the owner replied quickly and it really wasn’t a problem with our stay. The beach was across the street from the condo and the lagoon was right by the pool. Beautiful!

Very nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here it was clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback we could see was there were no stores or shops within walking distance and the steps to the condo, there’s no elevator and I’m I senior, so up and down the 4 flights of steps was rough. Overall it was a great place to stay

Highly recommend this condo

This property is perfect! We were traveling from far away in NH for my son's baseball tournament. We found this to be at a perfect location, it is near shops and restaurants and a short walk to public beach access. The balcony is large and has master bedroom access, from one end of balcony you can see the gulf ocean and from the other there is a view of the lagoon. The condo is perfectly furnished and decorated for a beach house, and there is a master bathroom too! The condo is fully stocked, we didn't need to buy a thing, and was very clean and comfy. The pool is great and lined with palm trees, and out back by the pool is a long dock into the lagoon that has a covered porch at the end, perfect for fishing or watching a a storm roll in. This condo beat my expectations and the host was helpful, accommodating and flexible and was an easy process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after long days at the baseball field!

Nice condo with everything we needed

Great location close enough to all the places and things to do, but far enough away that it’s not as noisy as being closer to the Hangout and restaurants and bars and shops. The condo was comfortable and was just across the street and down a couple buildings from beach access. Had everything we needed to cook the meals we made in the room, when we didn’t go out to eat. Cold air conditioning, nice pool and dock area. Helena always responded quickly if I had to message or email her. Would stay there again

Summer Vaca

Very easy to check in and out, all my questions were answered quickly. Only regret, we forgot the fishing poles. Sitting out on the dock at night was a great way to end the evening. Great selection of restaurants and easy beach access too.
