Pointe Santo B25, även känd som "Coastal Dream", är din perfekta plats att vara på Sanibel Island. Tänk dig att vakna varje morgon i sovrummet med underbar utsikt över Mexikanska golfen! Utsikten från Lanai är ännu bättre! Du kan komma åt Lanai från både sovrum och vardagsrum. Lägenheten har en öppen konceptlayout och ett obefläckat, uppdaterat kök med rostfria vitvaror och öbordssäte med 2 barstolar. Denna 2 sovrum, 2 bad Gulf Side-oas ståtar 1245 kvadratmeter med gott om plats för dig och din familj och / eller gäster. Enheten själv är bekvämt beläget nära hissen och bara några steg från poolen och den sandiga skalsträckta stranden. Ingen lång styrelse går för att komma till stranden! Pointe Santo erbjuder också flera solstolar, barnaktiviteter och volleyboll på plats och ligger mitt på ön, nära shopping, mat och restauranger och lättillgänglig med cykel! Kom och njut av all skönhet och bekvämlighet som Pointe Santo B25 har att erbjuda !!

** Från och med 4/26/18 hade lägenheten några nya uppgraderingar som innefattade ett nytt färgfärg i hela, ny king size-madrass, ny 24 "smart TV i sovrummet och en 55" smart TV i vardagsrummet, helt ny sängkläder i gästrummet. Helt nya mattor ersatt hela augusti 2018 **

Condo / Resort bekvämligheter inkluderar: 2 sovrum / 2 badrum - 1 king size-säng, 2 enkelsängar och en utdragbar bäddsoffa (6 sovplatser), 3 plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare, gratis kabel och WIFI, uppvärmd pool och badtunna , in-suite tvättmaskin och torktumlare, offentliga grillgrillar, skalstädningsstation, tennisbanor, hissar, barns aktivitetsprogram. Inga husdjur tillåtna. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Denna enhet har 6 strandstolar, 6 strandhanddukar, flera boogiebrädor och sandleksaker. Alla lagras i förvaringsskåp precis utanför dörren och intill hissen för enkel åtkomst.

Great Christmas Vacation

Memories Made

What a great place to stay as first timers to Sanibel Island. We absolutely enjoyed our time at Pointe Sanyo and have already recommended it to some of our friends. Very nice condo with fantastic access to the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean, great view of the lagoon, pool and ocean. Pointe Santo was definitely family friendly and relaxing.. We are looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for a great family vacation experience.

Wonderful experience

Recent updates, well kept. One of the nicest Pointe Santo units we have stayed in. Closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and stuff for kids to do. Will definitely try to get this unit again the next time we visit.

Only draw backs were you have to go about a mile down the road to get/return your key and had to take a key everywhere, no key-less entry. It would have been nice to have a collapsible wagon for beach gear. (Other rentals had them). We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo really lacked in supplies in the kitchen, but the kitchen was updated with counters and sink. The living room furniture and patio furniture were not the most comfortable. The patio had three different kinds of chairs. The master bed had big indentations in it from I assume heavy people sleeping on.

Ultimate Happy Place

It was an easy check in with the app, and the condo parking spot is right by the elevator for easy unloading/loading. Views from the lanai are great of the pond, pool, beach. The condo is also well equipped with all that makes the vacation comfortable and fun: beach games, equipment and towels, the kitchen is fully furnished. There are even indoor games and jigsaw puzzles (and books!) for rainy days. We had a light switch and screen door handle break while there: repairs were completed immediately. 😊

This was our 4th time at Pointe Santo and 2nd time booking with SBL. They have been more than accommodating and responsive to communications. Kudos!This was our 1st stay in Unit B25.I am a notorious "researcher" and looked carefully at pictures, write-ups, reviews, and any info I could get on this unit before I reserved it. I can say I did my homework. The unit was as described. It was clean, not outdated or damaged, appropriately furnished and very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the ice maker stopped working and it was fixed promptly. I am always amazed by the views provided from every unit of Pointe Santo and this unit was no exception.I would rent this unit again. Caveat? Prices of this unit(and all of Pointe Santo) have gone up tremendously!

Best trip ever!

This was a wonderful property and exactly what I was looking for for me and my 3 college kids. The property looked great in the pics but was even better in person.! Beach was awesome. Location was great. Easy to jump on the bike and ride on the trail to a restaurant, grocery store, and conservation area trails.
