Vinter och sommar ..... fly från allt i denna stora 5 sovrum, 4 bad stuga i den orörda och exklusiva stadsdelen Bear Creek, som ligger en mil mil under Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. Hemmet moderna lay-out ståtar med två berättelser av glas fönster med utsikt över backarna på vintern och vår privata simning damm på sommaren. Omgiven av öppna ängar och ensamhet men ändå nära till allt, är denna stuga en återförening / retreat destination som ingen annan. Vårt hem är omgiven av 3 öppna partier som aldrig kan byggas på! Det känns som om du gick camping och förde en 5-BR hus med dig!

Vårt skåp innehåller massor av pussel och spel, och vårt sjunkna vardagsrum och öppen spis öppnar för familjer och vänner att samlas utan ansträngning.

På vintern slog trafik med en minuters bilresa till backarna, eller längdåkning och göra snögubbar i den orörda snön på baksidan däck. Om du vågar, äventyr en mil väg till vår lokala "E" biljett pulkabacke. Kalla temps men låg snö år? Inga problem. Bear Creek damm förvandlas till en privat gammaldags skridskoåkning damm. Ta några skridskor, hörselkåpor, och din hockeyklubba och njuta av skridskoåkning med ingen körning, eller entrépriset!

På sommaren, promenera ut på däck och hitta dig själv ett stenkast från vår privata simning damm med en egen sandstrand, Huck Finn-stil flottar, och "vagga öar" att sola på. Du kanske aldrig vill lämna, men om du gör den berömda Five-sjöarna trail huvud är tvärs över gatan, som är några av Tahoe berömda berg cykelleder. Två miles på vägen finner fin middag på River Ranch, Tahoe bästa häst ridstall, forsränning på Truckee floden, och världens vackraste cykel Path som löper längs Truckee River för 12 miles och leder dig till vackra Lake Tahoe och Tahoe City.

Vinter eller sommar, ger denna stuga dig tillgång till det bästa som Tahoe har att erbjuda. Det är den perfekta stugan för en enda familj reträtt eller en stor grupp get-away. Lay-out av vårt hem möjliggör för privata och kommunala aktiviteter att ske samtidigt. Du kan spela hårt eller koppla av, ansluta eller koppla, ditt val.

The property overall was beautiful and clean and the nearby pond was even better than expected! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments/spices which helped a lot with cooking. Plenty of towels and sheets and even beach towels for the pond, the hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we need. Great stay for a big group!

Great spot for a group trip. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was really nice. It was also very nicely stocked in the kitchen. They had everything you could want to cook with.

We stayed here for a weekend trip with friends and this home exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy but spacious for all of our friends, and the location and view was great. The host was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of excellent. We traveled with a mix of friends and family and our two little girls, and this property accommodated us beautifully. It was impeccably clean, and it really felt like the hosts thought of everything to ensure we had what we needed. They were so kind and accommodating from start to finish. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The conversation pit was fantastic. Waking up and having the bright sun come through the windows as you drink a hot cup of coffee, brings you back to a more simple time.If you want a place where you can really connect with friends, this is your house!

Great spot, close to the Alpine Base

We had a great stay here. Easy to get to and from the Alpine Base as we had kids/parents skiing at different times of the day. Great family room to hang out in and a good backyard to playing in the snow. We'd absolutely stay again!

Family vacation

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The size of it, and the amenities that were provided was perfect. It was our first time to Lake Tahoe and we joyed it immensely.

Great Location and Bones

While a little dated this house has a fantastic layout and mid century charm. The location is ideal for access to Alpine Meadows and for evening dog walks around the quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

Great home!

This home is great. The location to Alpine is impeccable. The free, on-demand shuttle service makes it even better/more convenient. There were plenty of board games as well as poker chips, which kept us occupied after a day of skiing. Beds were comfortable and plenty of fresh linens/towels for a 5 night stay. Would stay here again!

Perfect to get to the slopes !

It’s so close to the slopes, we were there in no time. We could come to the cabin for lunch and back . Hot water heating and kitchen well stocked. Lots of board games to play . Lovely for family !

Beautiful vacation rental!

This was a perfect vacation home. The swimming pond and little park area were hits with the whole family. The house was super great… completely stocked! We just had to bring our food (but spices and many condiments were stocked already). Lots of space for meals, games, and plenty of beds! We had the best time 🤗❤️

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

A warm and inviting family cabin, 4 minutes away from Alpine Meadows. Great kitchen, with everything you need to make good family meals. Beautiful winoows looking out on the mountains. A stream rushing by right next door. Truly a special place!

very comfortable home in a great neighborhood

Spacious, well stocked, comfortable home. Wonderful neighborhood for walks. Beautiful views of the mountains. And so easy to go back and forth to Alpine Meadows for skiing. We love home cooked food, and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals for a large group. My lasagne was a bit hit this year! :) Our favorite place to stay in Tahoe.

Girls Getaway

A spacious, comfortable home with a super well-equipped kitchen. There was room for several people to prepare food at one time while still being able to socialize with others sitting at the dining table. Close drive to town and activities. The sounds of the rushing snow melt was healing. We would highly recommend

Family Holiday Gathering

Our multi generational family spent two weeks at the Ross’s home and it was ideal! Large enough for everyone to have their own room and privacy, and a perfect gathering spot in the cozy living room with a warm fire. We also spent a lot of time in the well stocked kitchen cooking holiday meals and treats and sharing the meals around the large dining room table. The house is close to the mountain for skiing and the neighborhood is perfect for walks. There are also beautiful snow shoeing trails close by. We all felt very much “at home” and hope to return again for another holiday gathering in beautiful Alpine Meadows and the cozy Ross home.

Amazing From Start to Finish

We had the privilege of booking this wonderful accommodation that slept 14 very comfortably for a weekend birthday trip that was one for the books. Lauren was communicative and thorough from the moment we booked even until after the booking to work with us in returning forgotten items. She was so kind and informative and her space was so warm and inviting. It was modern and had all the necessities for a retreat in the mountains. Would happily book again in the future and would recommend this to anyone interested.

Alpine cabin near Pond

Great location. Grandkids loved the private pond for swimming and paddling on the rafts. Very clean. Kitchen had all necessities. Wish there were screens on the doors so we could keep bugs out but enjoy the breeze on hot days. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Perhaps another umbrella and comfortable outdoor furniture would fix that issue.

Magical Pond

We were 2 grandparents, 4 adult children, and 4 grandchildren. This was everyone's favorite house in the 11 summers we have gone to Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is a gorgeous place to walk, with incredibly beautiful houses and a lovely creek and waterfall. The house is not super updated but very roomy and comfy in the kind of way where you aren't afraid the kids are going to ruin something! The kitchen has all kinds of equipment, plenty of pots and pans, even blender and food processor. Deck was very nice and has view of the private HOA pond. The pond was the best part of all, just steps away from the house --- so lovely, surrounded by trees, very peaceful, and the children had so much fun with the Huck Finn rafts. House is also near to stables where the grandkids had fun riding horses and ponies. We also went on the aerial tram at Palisades, and the roller skating and snow up there was a big hit. Initially I was afraid house would be too far away from other places we wanted to go....Not at all! Took only about 10 minutes to go to the market in Tahoe City --- and our trips to Meeks Bay seemed to take only tiny bit longer than we stayed south of Tahoe City in the past. We look forward very much to coming back.

Fantastic Location

Great home, clean, with many beds. Only a 2 minute drive to alpine meadows and 15 minutes from the Squaw Valley base. Plenty of wood provided for fires.

A great ski weekend for a large group

We had a great trip. The property was very close to the Alpine Meadows and Palisades ski resorts. It was clean and welcoming. We loved playing bumper pool- what a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay here again!

Bear Creek has NO traffic and our home is surrounded by 4 open lots that can never be built on. It feels like you went camping and brought a 5-BR house with you!
