I maj 2013 ombyggdes och uppgraderades bĂ„da badrummen med en ny knutig tallfĂ€nga, kopparvask, kakelgolv med mosaikinlĂ€gg. PĂ„ övervĂ„ningen har en duschvandring och ner har badkar / duschkombo som representeras pĂ„ webbplatsen.

Det finns ocksÄ stor 8 person 500 gallon HOT TUB under stjÀrnorna. VÄra bottenvÄning har en vÄt bar, en 43-tums HD-plasma-tv med en Playstation 2 och ett kombinationsbord / poolbord som Àr perfekt för multiplikationsfamiljer. Alla fyra sovrummen fick fina sÀngklÀder och fönster med dubbla rutor med integritetsbehandlingar. Varje sovrum har sin egen privata vÀggmontering HDTV.

Our family loved the deck, game room, and hot tub. Kitchen was pretty well equipped to cook for a group. Location great for outings to Truckee, Tahoe City, and other sites around the lake, including easy access to bike path and trails. The loft sleeping space didn't work for our group.

Wonderful Family Weekend!

I booked this fabulous house for my half century birthday weekend celebration with my family, including my parents, partner, kids and nephew. The house was perfect for our group and I love that all ten of us could sit together at the table to eat and play games. We had a pool tournament as well and most of us enjoyed the hot tub. Everyone had their own private sleeping space, and the couch was big enough for us to watch the Chiefs beat the Broncos! 🏈 The kitchen had cooking supplies and Safeway is very close by. The beach and shops and restaurants are a short walk (or drive) away and the neighborhood is really nice. Matt, your host, is very responsive and wants you to have a great time at his lovely home! Would stay here again!!

Location, location, location!

This house was just minutes away from Truckee River play, Tahoe beaches, hiking, Tahoe City farmers‘ market, Welcome Center, Gatekeepers‘ Museum, and shopping. In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of off-street parking, the house gave us generous and comfortable space for our family of eight adults and two young grandchildren to spend a fabulous week together. Two large indoor gathering spaces, one up, one down. The ping pong/pool table entertained us in the evenings after our days out exploring and sharing great family dinners on the upper deck. Small but very adequate bedrooms; comfortable beds for our tall family. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and serving meals. Hot tub very nice. Matt very pleasant and quick in our communications, and his written instructions for everything in the house were very clear and helpful.

AMAZING HOME

We had a fantastic stay. Matt Is a great host and the home is amazing. The beds are super comfortable, the neighborhood and location are delightful, and the location works for anything you would want to do. Highly recommend!

Family Tahoe trip

We were a group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers. The house fit our group very well and everyone enjoyed the time together. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed and more! The Owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and communication was very easy. The beds were all very comfortable with nice sheets and comforters. Thank you Matt for a lovely home!

Great Vacation

We’ve been vacationing in Tahoe for 30 years with our (now grown) kids and we all agreed this is our favorite place yet. It’s the perfect cross between “cabin in the woods” and “all the comforts of home”. It’s in a great location and was just the right size for our family of 6 adults. Also loved the privacy and forest view plus a great trailhead just up the street. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful time here. Close to all we wanted to do. There were a few maintenance issues, but Matt answered our messages quickly and is taking appropriate action. The upper deck is large, with plenty of table seating. We ate most of our meals outside!! Good Wi-Fi access. Great place to stay!!

All was great. Perfect for a family with teenagers. As grandparents the adults could be upstairs and children downstairs,. Very comfortable bright and clean. Close to good hiking trail hope to plan a stay next summer. Easy walk to downtown also.

Perfect for families!

We love Lake Tahoe and this location was perfect! We loved the house, and the deck was well used. Perfect for quiet breakfasts and cool evening dinner. The neighborhood was on point. Close to everything, trails nearby, & neighbors were welcoming. If it's your first time to Tahoe I suggest Meeks Bay, Hula pie at Sunnyside, breakfast at West Shore Market & renting E bikes at Willards. Tahoe is like no place on earth & we can't wait to come back.

Great location and amenities!

We had a great visit to Tahoe City! The location of this home was so convenient and we took full advantage, spending our days at the beach, hiking, biking on the path, and floating on the river. The home had plenty of room for our two families of 5 (10 total). It was nice that there were two larger rooms with comfortable King beds for both sets of parents. We enjoyed the peaceful deck overlooking the forest, the nice grill, the ping pong and pool table, and the large hot tub! Owner Matt was a pleasure to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Lovely Stay

We booked with only a few days before check in. Matt was extremely easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The hardwood floors weren’t as clean as we’d hoped and the upstairs was really warm! The two levels were fantastic for families with children, hot tub was a great addition. Kitchen was really well stocked with lots of condiments and seasonings. We all had a lovely stay!

Great family home

We stayed here with our teenage kids and loved having the downstairs entertainment area for them and quiet hang-out area for adults upstairs. Comfy beds, big clean bathrooms, and very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Loved having trails right outside our door, and close to Tahoe city and lake. Great communication with owner as well!

Good location, nice home

Overall had a good stay. Had some difficulty contacting Herb upon check-in (5+ hr delay in waiting to hear back) and had to troubleshoot a few items ourselves...for example Fridge wasn't working and had to find the power-box to re-start, but after that he was pretty responsive. We also thought there was a gas grill, but it's just a charcoal one...was featured in the photos of the house but not in the description...so maybe we should have known? Great location though, very nice hot-tub and huge deck.

Great Getaway for a small group

This property works out great for several people to have a fun getaway. With 4 bedrooms, plus a bunkbed and a bed in the loft, it provides plenty of sleeping room and the kitchen, family room and room downstairs give plenty of room for everyone! Located on a quiet street, this is a great getaway!

Great place for lots of family!

This is a great house for a family reunion. The bedrooms are very small, but each couple has a private place. There is a loft where you have to climb stairs so the youngest couple went there. There was an extra bathroom sink for the bunk bed down stairs and a sliding door for privacy. The bathrooms were roomy and clean. Our only complaint was that the bear trash area was full on our arrival. We had to store all our own trash in the house because of bears for the four days we were there. The day we left was trash day!

Great Stay For Our Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this property with our bridal party over our wedding weekend. It was perfect for us; clean, big, close to the venue and pet friendly! The dual levels were great as they allowed for us to stay close but still separate on the morning of our wedding. Girls upstairs, boys downstairs. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and large living space. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with everything you need. The accommodations for each family were spacious and comfortable, all the appliances and utensils were in good condition. Lots of fun things to do at the house and close to town for shopping and near the lake. Our family reunion was an enjoyable and memorable experience we hope to return someday soon.
