🌳 Outdoor Space - Fenced-in yard, great for dogs - Seating area on the deck for 4 - Please return outdoor furniture and games to their original place after use.
We do our best to keep the yard neat and manicured for your visit. However, weather or other guests may occasionally limit our access for upkeep. That said, your dog’s safety and comfort are far more important to us than a perfectly trimmed lawn. Our priority is always offering our guests a fenced, welcoming space for your pup to step out and do their business.

📍 The Neighborhood We are ideally located within minutes of Charlotte's downtown, South End, Panthers Stadium, Spectrum Arena, Charlotte airport and major interstates that connect you quickly to anywhere you want to go. Our home is located in a corner lot, our street is your normal city street, the street we corner with is a 2 lane street with traffic, so expect noise from passing cars. The neighborhood is in an up and coming gentrified area with new apartment buildings and homes being remodeled every day, there is a combination of new expensive homes as well modest homes and businesses of all kinds which is expected in areas around downtown of a growing city such as Charlotte, as well as people from all walks of life. If that’s not your style, we understand and suggest staying in another part of town.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property, and additional fees. This is a 100% smoke-free home, including no marijuana use of any kind, indoors or outdoors.

🤝 Respect for Our Neighbors Our neighbors are our most valued treasure. Please respect their peace and privacy. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM — no loud conversations or yelling in the front or back yard during this time. Our home is located in a up and coming gentrified area in the outskirts of downtown Charlotte with new apartment buildings and homes being remodeled as our city is growing. Being within the city limits, the area around our home is a mix of homes, apartments and businesses of all kinds. We are in a corner lot, our road is a low traffic road, and the 2 lane road we corner with is busy. While outside, you will hear cars passing from the street we side with, inside our home is quiet and peaceful. Being in a gentrified neighborhood means you will see expensive new homes as well as more modest homes as expected from neighborhoods around a downtown metro area, our gentrified neighborhood provides a great example of our growing and expanding city.
