THANKSGIVING WEEK SPECIAL Mason Ohio 11/23 thru 11/29 6 night stay required
Located in beautiful carefree Mason Ohio just off I-71 exit 25. This house is a dream for visitors to Kings Island and the surrounding attractions in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. Our house where everything is new is a 3-bedroom house available with a climate-controlled 1 car garage for parking your car or motorcycle with ample driveway parking and turn around on Kings Mills Road. Included is all new furniture to include 3 fantastic queen beds and ample closet and dresser space. There are new Trane Climate controlled a/c, heating, Spectrum TV, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet provided. Additionally, a new washer/dryer has-been added for the guest's convenience. Guests will feel right at home while enjoying a fenced yard and a very large patio with individual seating and picnic table. The superb property offers a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing stay and a 10-minute drive to Kings Island, local restaurants, the new Mercy Kings Mills Hospital and five minutes to your local grocery store (Kroger's) and expressway I-71 North or South. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. 
Additional Information
The house was built in 1960 at which time an addition was added on to the rear of the structure for the previous owner's mother-in-law. The house and addition are completely separate each having its own private entranceway. Neither the house nor the addition is accessible to each other. The addition is becoming a VRBO 1 bedroom in 2026. This enhancement will offer an additional VRBO vacation rental as a studio suite,

For ensuring the wellbeing of all guests and due to current and future guests' potential respiratory sensitivity's incense, air fresheners, aerosols, insecticide candles, smoking, vaping, cooking additives to include but not limited to liquid smoke, cumin, curry spices, garlic, high heat cooking, aromatic fragrances, and VOCs for carpets and upholstery are strictly prohibited for use anywhere inside the house or garage. Smoking and Vaping are the only 2 exceptions permitted outside on the front porch or rear patio. Ash trays and matches are provided.
For ensuring the safety of all guests, especially children and the elderly, cooking utensils that are sharp and possibly pose a potential for injury are available. We stress caution when using any of these items.
For ensuring a safe fire, smoke, and CO2 free stay the house is outfitted with CO2 and Smoke detectors throughout the entire 1500 square feet of living space. Each unit is active and is not to be turned off or tampered with at any time during a guestâs stay at the house.
For ensuring only registered guests have entrance to the house we prohibit any lending of keys or entrance codes for the garage or lock boxes and do not permit sharing keys or codes with any nonregistered guests at any time. We ask that the property doors be closed and locked while away from the property and when turning in for the night. We ask that the front and rear porch lights be utilized during evening and nighttime hours for safely moving about the property during non-day light hours. Should any entrance way doors need adjustment or repairs for proper locking or latching please contact the host for immediate correction.
We will continue to keep all guests informed of Environmental Safety and Air Quality policies as they are further developed. If any future guests have any concerns, questions, or may need additional information please contact your host Eric Anderson at area code 513 518 8580 or please leave a message on the VRBO website message portal and a response will be returned. Hi! I am a long-term resident of Mason Ohio. My parents came to Mason in 1953 from Cincinnati. I am a US Navy Veteran and a retiree of the Department of Veteran Affairs. I operate a Veteran Owned Small Business providing vacation rentals in the area with expansion plans underway for the Michigan and Kansas City areas in 2026/2027.  We especially enjoy accommodating traveling families with children, groups visiting the Kings Island theme park, fellow Veterans and active-duty military personnel. It's my promise to offer travelers a very nice place to stay while visiting the area and offer a Veteran discount to all fellow Veterans as well as to those who are returning guests when in the Mason and greater Cincinnati Ohio and Northern Ketucky areas. We also welcome Veterans who travel to the area seeking assistance through the local Veterans Health Administration who mat be in need of housing. Wespecialize in available housing for Veterans completing an outpatient programs affiliated with the Department of Veteran Affairs. It is our goal to be the destination of choice for all travelers seeking temporary/vacation lodging. Thank you for considering and reviewing my site. Mason has been my hometown for nearly my entire life. It's by far a great place to stay and offers many places to see and things to do. I think you will love visiting the area.

My property on Kings Mills Road is only 10 houses away from the Tennis complex and surrounding entertainment venues. Equally important we are situated 25 miles between the Dayton Ohio and Cincinnati Ohio VA Medical Centers for easy travel while in the area for appointments and Veteran sponsored programs. I purchased this house in 1994 and raised my family here. I have spent the past 8 years remodeling and upgrading everything in the home. I would like travelers to enjoy this place as it's been a wonderful home for my family who have since moved out on their own. The house is completely furnished with most everything brand new. In addition to the home there is a 1 bedroom attached apartment being remodeled for coming online next year. I am hoping to meet travelers who will stay here year after year. It is my plan to continue to enhance the property offering something new each year as well as to have it available decorated for each seasonal theme. We have four reviews to date as the property was 1st offered for the Cincinnati Open. Please let me know if you have any questions concerns or requests.
