Next door, the second main-level bedroom features a plush queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a roomy closet, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of lakeside adventures.

Upstairs, past the sunlit kitchen and main living space, two more serene bedrooms await. To the left, a charming room with a queen bed, large closet, and TV offers a quiet corner to unwind. HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Guests use hot tub at their own risk. Our hot tub technician will switch out the water during deep cleans, this will cause the hot tub to take at least 24 hours to heat up, we cannot control when this happens.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One is facing the front door and the other is facing the driveway.These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property.

Please be advised there are multiple sets of stairs in the home.

***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500.

***Note: All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.

***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed the reservation amount and cannot exceed 9 guests. Violators of this rule are subject to a minimum of $50 per unregistered guest per night.

***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.
