You'll have full private access to Unit A of this oceanfront duplex, which includes two bedrooms, a living room with extra beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a washer/dryer, BBQ grill, and a cozy fire pit. Step right out the back door for direct beach access—perfect for morning walks, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun.

The backyard is shared with the other unit on the property, but you'll enjoy your own private entrance and full interior space. Free on-site parking is provided for your convenience.

This is a true oceanfront home, so you'll be treated to the soothing sounds of waves and refreshing sea breezes throughout your stay. As the shoreline is open and not gated, please keep a close eye on children when enjoying the outdoor areas.

We provide basic beach gear and home essentials for your comfort, including a starter supply kit with items such as coffee, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. These are intended to get you settled in, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the initial set runs out.

Please note this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. The rental term will reflect a monthly rental, and rates are fixed for that term—regardless of the number of days the property is occupied. This arrangement offers flexibility for guests planning a short or extended vacation, working remotely, or simply looking for a peaceful island retreat.
