Featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each space is a cozy retreat designed for rest and rejuvenation. Bedroom one has a plush King-sized bed, an elegant dresser, and matching nightstands. Bedroom two boasts a queen-sized bed, dresser, night stands and ample closet space to store all your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free sanctuary. Bedroom three has a double bed, small dresser and night stands as well as sliding closet. Bedroom four has a single bed and computer table with computer for your internet needs.

The house includes three well-equipped bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience. Bathroom 1 features a soothing tub and shower combo complemented by a double sink setup. There is a stand alone bath near the Queen bedroom opposite the laundry room.

• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings.

notify you.
• Pool ( Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must have adult supervision at all times. (We are not responsible if the pools is closed for any particular reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.) Shared with other guests.
• Tennis Court ( Verify hours of accessibility) We are not responsible if the court is closed for any particular reason as it is managed by the community. Shared with other guests.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
