Welcome to your home! The perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience awaits you. This home is a 3 bdrm, 2 bath located in a charming suburban Tempe neighborhood on a cul-de sac. Private backyard oasis w/ pool & spa. You can rent this on a short term or month to month. The home is just 10 minutes to ASU and the Phoenix airport, 5 minutes to Mesa, Mesa Community College and Banner Hospital, 15 minutes to Chandler and Old Town Scottsdale, 30 minutes to Gilbert and minutes to Spring Training.
The Space:
A cozy living room with soft, warm, inviting colors and soft lighting that enhances the cozy atmosphere. This private home contain features that create a wonderful retreat where you can relax, entertain guests, and enjoy the comforts of home.Well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances. Elegant dining area for family meals and entertaining.
Comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Modern bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. Ample storage space throughout the home. pool provides a refreshing way to cool off during hot days, and the spa offers relaxation and stress relief with its warm, bubbling water. Outdoor fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance in the backyard. BBQ area is perfect for outdoor gatherings and delicious meals cooked on the grill. You have the convenience of full sized washer & dryer on site.
This private home is conveniently located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with easy access to ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Spring training as well as Phoenix airport. You'll also be just minutes away from shopping centers, excellent dining options, and recreational activities.

Guests have the entire home to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
Private street on a cul de sac. House is off a main street, but quiet at night. The neighborhood and cul de sac is quiet with very little traffic.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. There is public transportation nearby. You will have a private 2 car garage and driveway for any additional vehicles. There is street parking if needed.
Other Things to Note:
The pool is not heated, but available year round.
