The Space:
As you enter, you'll find yourself in the living area, with the kitchen and dining space to the right. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms and the full bathroom. The office, located off the kitchen, provides a dedicated workspace with a desk and a sofa that converts into a full-size bed. For added comfort, we provide a 3-inch memory foam mattress topper and sheets for the sofa bed. The laundry area is conveniently situated in the garage.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes three private bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable office space. You'll also have access to amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
This property welcomes business travelers for extended stays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night's stay.
