Stranden ligger bara 300 meter frÄn bostadsrÀtt. Precis runt hörnet, det finns 2 livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Du kan gÄ in till stan ... inget behov av en hyrbil! Allt Àr bÀttre pÄ cyklar, rÀtt!

Den villa Àr utrustad med allt du behöver för att göra din semester sÄ avkopplande som möjligt. TvÄ av sovrummen har queen size-sÀngar och ett sovrum har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Denna villa Àr perfekt för en familjer. Det finns Àven en barnpoolen för nya simmare!

Samara sjÀlv Àr en lugn stad, men packad med fina restauranger och aktiviteter. VÄgorna Àr perfekta för nybörjare till avancerade surfare, och flera företag som erbjuder uthyrning och lektioner. Beautiful beach vacation

A perfect spot to stay to enjoy all Samara has to offer! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants, horseback riding tour and surfing all within walking distance of the condo.

Big 60th Birthday Celebration

The condo sleeps 6, has three bedrooms and two baths. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. Stacey is amazing, kind, and very responsive to all needs. All bedding needs to be updated and you need to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a lovely patio, pool, and the friendliest residents you will ever meet! There is a laundry facility on site.We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely Community

Central pool and rancho is the focal spot of the facility. Other guests/owners all very friendly. Moderate walk to beach. Unit is a little dated but all is adequate. A/C and WIFI worked well. Only small issue was the fridge is not balanced which caused a big wobble and difficulty opening

Great little condo for smaller groups

Pros: Super cute condo. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Samara. The three bedrooms worked out wonderfully for us as it allowed for our teenagers to have a separate room each. It is a great location being a short walk to town and the beach. The neighbors and guard in the apartment complex were also very friendly and even invited us to a potluck Christmas dinner. Stacey was very helpful and responsive with our questions leading up to our stay.

Slice of Samara heaven

We had the nicest stay at Las Palermas. The home was immaculate and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 5. A close walk to the beautiful beach or busy town center. We met the most helpful and friendly people while lounging in the pool. We would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Very close to the beach. Other tenants were very friendly. Some were long term renters. Had a few issues with the showers but they were quickly fixed. Very responsive.

Good value but in need of maintenance

They built the condo complex around a very nice pool area where many of the guests gather to socialize. It is an easy walk into town and to the beach with a general store almost next door for basic food and other necessities. The condo itself is clean and the bedrooms are comfortable, however the kitchen/common area is relatively small if you have 6 guests staying here. Our biggest concern is maintenance, as the towel racks fall off the wall if you put a towel on them and the water fixtures need to be replaced. With a little work, this would be a great place to visit again.

Week long family getaway

We loved our stay here in SĂĄmara. The condo is in the perfect location to beaches and local sodas. Town isn't too far but far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful here. The other owners and residents that live and own here are wonderful. The pool is very clean and the perfect temperature. This property is monitored by 24/7 security who are very friendly. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The ac works great and it's well stocked with everything you need.

Great little condo!

We loved the location (5 min walk to a beautiful beach) the pool, and the community. Stacey was great with communication. Samara is a wonderful town to visit and this was a great home to stay. Be aware there is no general living room, due to the layout of the condo, but we all shared the outdoor patio space. The security and gardeners are very sweet, one even brought us a watermelon! A couple extra pillows on the twin beds would be nice; the A/C was great and working quite well. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the place a lot and the rooms are spacious

Many good parts like the pool and the space of the sleeping rooms but what we disliked was that our daughter was locked in one of the rooms and the key didn’t work to open the door. Als the kitchen cabinets need replacement and the WiFi is terrible. more towels would be handy.

Lovely

Our stay in Samara, Costa Rica at this property was lovely. The three bedrooms were nice size with 2 bathrooms for our privacy. We were able to have a grilled meal on the property-charcoal even included. Howler monkeys in the trees north of us-who could ask for anything else. Thank you.

Functional but not fancy

Very nice condo. Spacious bedrooms with a small kitchen/dining area. Dishes enough for the basics but not for anything complicated. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The view across the fields to the ocean is lovely as is the short walk to the beach at Congrejal. The wifi is the common wifi for the condo complex and is only available when you are near the kitchen window, otherwise you have to be on the porch or at the pool.

The stay was very very nice. Condo was very clean, had everything u needed. Well maintained pool area with 24 hour security, not that u needed it. Perfect location. Far enough from town but just a ten minute walk to center of town. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. Lots of stores and bakeries within minutes. Owner was very quick on answering any questions we had. Would I stay here again, definitely! Also, didn’t have to worry about lugging water as the tap water was excellent for drinking.

300 yards from the beach

My sister and I loved this property. The beach was 300 yards away and on the way there is a field of beautiful horses and their new born foals. We had breakfast with Alice at a near by soda and everything we needed was in walking distance. All of the tenants at the condo are extremely helpful and kind. The 24 hour security in the gated community made us feel very safe. After a long day at the beach we were able to shower, each having our own bathroom, with fantastic shower pressure. The air conditioning made for great sleeping. Everyday I walked into town to have coffee and sit on the beach. We also traveled to 4 other beaches and went into the highlands and got home by dark. The beds were comfortable and the property well maintained. I hope to visit this wonderful property again. We also rented a golf cart for part of our stay, took a dolphin fishing excursion and thoroughly enjoyed the week long holiday festivities at the fiesta's the city of Samara had in the horse field across from the condo.. The permanent tenants had a Christmas Day feast for all of us and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool after long excursions during the day. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay in SĂĄmara. Enjoyed the company of others staying in the complex as well

We took advantage of all it had to offer from getting fresh red snapper at the local fish market and grilling it, to leaving the rental car behind and walking into SĂĄmara for a meal along the palm tree path, eating at a great soda on our walk to the beach one morning, using the pool, met and shared life with some of the other guests, and buying groceries around the corner at Iguana. Highly recommend Luv Burger for a meal and Cocos for Mexican food. Check in was easy, place was clean, and location awesome. Drove to Corilla beach but enjoyed SĂĄmara the most. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Many who stay at the complex are repeat vacationers. And I can see why.

Location was good, convenient to the beach and town.

The condo could a little maintenance--master shower and a couple of the a/c units. Wifi sketchy, though info booklet is out of date, some of the residents helped. Only sitting area is on hot patio with no breeze or view. Not comforable. Residents were very friendly.

Home away from home!

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this condo during our 16 day holiday! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the short walk to the beach or downtown. The laid back and quiet atmosphere was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!
