Välkommen till Casa JR, en lugn, ren, fullt möblerad, 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum lägenhet med allt du kan önska dig. Stranden ligger några meter bort. Pool precis utanför lägenheten. Koppla av i lägenheten, på lokala restauranger eller barer eller på stranden. Se regnskogen, upplev zip-linjer eller åka ridning på stranden eller till vattenfallen.

Dessa lägenheter är fullt möblerade med tvättmaskin, torktumlare, luftkonditionering och ett fullt utrustat kök. Bekväma sängar med kvalitetslinne. Stora garderober i varje sovrum. Det finns ett bekvämt vardagsrum för avkopplande kvällar. Mindre än två minuters promenad ner till gatan till stranden. Precis precis utanför dörren på lägenheten ligger en pool som är säker för små barn och familjer. Det finns också en uteplats med grill för uteservering. Trådlöst internet, TV och DVD-spelare med hög hastighet. Dessa lägenheter har också en telefon i köket och sovrummet.

Samara är en unik Costa Rica strandstad. Det är himlen på jorden. Casa JR är i centrum av staden, med bagerier, fräscha fruktställningar, läckra och billiga restauranger allt inom två minuters promenad. Det är det bästa av alla världar - tyst och lugnt och i hjärtat av denna lilla strandstad.

Andra vackra stränder ligger inom några minuters promenad. Det finns ridning på stranden, dykning, snorkling, kajakpaddling och surfing precis vid stranden.

I staden finns också en språkskola och massageskola. Det finns ett inomhus / utomhus gym i stan med dagliga klasser. Också flera yogaskolor och spa inom en 30 minuters bilresa.

Nice place in central Samara

Large, clean, and centrally located. Nice size bedrooms, enough room for the 5 of us to live together comfortably. A/C works great. Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes through the center of town. You can also walk to all the restaurants very easily in minutes. Recommended.

Fabulous, met all our needs and more. Pool, beach close to everything, groceries and restaurants. Right in town but lots of space and privacy. We loved this and would come back without hesitation. We had everything one would want, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and ice

Super spot in Samara

Condo was great! Right in heart of the little town. Walking distance to everything including beach. Gated parking. Clean, safe, had all amenities, comfortable beds (could sleep 8), artistic and natural decor. Right next to grocery store.

Family villa in the heart of samara

great place to stay in the heart of samara, i stayed here with my family, which included our kids (3, 6, and 10 months), my wife, and her parents. we were very comfortable with the space, the kitchen was nice and big which helped prepare a few meals. the villa's location was excellent. we didnt have a car and stayed here for a week, we mostly walked everywhere and if you needed to go somewhere a little far, uber was available. the villa had some nice extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and they were very appreciated. the villa was also located right next to two main stores so getting groceries was not time consuming whatsoever. i would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a decent size place to have a big family.

Great place and great beach

The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. The owner and manager were super helpful with travel. Noisy at night but always quiet by 10.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay in Samara

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Super close to the beach, as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The unit was very clean and comfortable- it had absolutely everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our trip to Sámara.

Great location, easy communication

The property is exactly as described and the location is perfect-heart of downtown and close to the beach. The property owner is easy to work with and the housekeeper comes to clean once a week if you stay longer than a week.

Fantastic accommodations

Casa Jr was located in the heart of Samara it had a nice refreshing pool and everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was great and I would highly recommend anyone to stay. Many thanks Paul and also Rosa.

Beautiful, warm, relaxed and cozy

Thank you so much for our relaxing 3 night stay at your condo. Our family enjoyed every moment; snorkeling, exploring the beach, surfing and listening to local musicians. The people were so friendly and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy and live the Pura Vida life.

Great Stay!

This was our 3rd time in Samara, and we loved this location! Right in the middle of everything and no need for a car. Short walk to the beach and restaurants and groceries. Everything inside was comfortable and clean and spacious! Communication was great - can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Nice place

Nice spot and. Lean and homey only down side pool isn't as nice as pictures look its still a good size just in a feild and no spot to sit outside. But the place had everything you needed and was comfy beds and great location. I would stay there again

Paul and Katie have two adult daughters. We are both psychologists and enjoy traveling and exploring. We have not traveled as much during the last five years but now that both our children are out-of-college we are looking forward to more travels.

We purchased the property on our first visit to Samara. We instantly fell in love with the town and the community. Everything we could want is here - beach, language school, great and inexpensive restaurants, friendly community, and very safe. children.
