The Space:

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area. Adjacent to the living room, the half-wall opens up to a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, ideal for indulging in home-cooked meals or lively dinner conversations.

The accommodation comprises four distinct bedrooms, each curated to cater to a variety of preferences. The primary bedroom, a luxurious retreat, hosts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a large, revitalizing shower. The second bedroom houses a comfortable queen bed, and the third features a snug full bed.

A unique feature of our home is the fourth bedroom, tucked away at the back of the house off the laundry room. This versatile space boasts two queen beds and a dedicated workspace, offering a perfect blend of rest and productivity.

When you book our property, you will enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire home. However, we invite you to share the expansive backyard with fellow guests from the back unit. Here, you'll find a cozy patio equipped with a grill and ample seating, ideal for alfresco meals and leisurely evenings, all while enjoying the invigorating sea breeze ever-present in the air.

Guest Access:
This home is the front building on the property. You will have full and private access to this home. The backyard is shared with the guests of the back unit.

There is a ramp at the front entrance, however there is a small step into the home.

Getting Around:
This home is in a residential area so driving is recommended. Uber and Lyft are readily available!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
