Thr location was great and we enjoyed our stay but a few items to note. The house has roaches. I informed the owner and he sent confirmation that the house has been sprayed. But we had roaches crawl on our food and they were in the cabinets, dishwasher, and on some of the walls.The upstairs a/c unit was not working properly on arrival. The mamagement company sent someone immediatley and he was supposed to return the next day but he didnt. On the 2nd night the a/c was not working but it was cool enough outside so it was bearable. Do not park on grass or block sidewalk at all not even a little. They have security driving around looking for these offenses and once towed no matter if it just happened they charge you 225.Overall without these issues the location is good. Close to walmart, gas stations, and restaraunts. There is plenty of room in the home to accomodate a large number of people. If the items I listed are taken care of then i would recommend this location
