Denna lägenhet med 1 sovrum har gott om utrymme och en direkt utsikt över stranden. Från tredje våningen har du fri utsikt över hela stranden men är tillräckligt låg för att höra surfen på kvällen.

Det stora sovrummet har egen ingång till balkongen och det stora fönstret kan öppnas för att höra surfen när du somnar.

Köket har allt du behöver och är tillräckligt stort för att två personer bekvämt kan laga mat.

Alla våra lägenheter är utrustade med full sängkläder, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enhet och fullt utrustade kök, så allt du behöver oroa dig för är att ha kul! Dessutom erbjuder vårt komplex en pool, grill / picknickområde, gratis WIFI, tvättstuga, strandpromenad och en bekväm marknad bredvid! Under månaderna mars till oktober erbjuder vi också gratis strandtjänst! Vi är belägna bara 5 minuter från både Fort Walton Beach och Destin på Beautiful Okaloosa Island och bara 3/4 mil från utmärkta restauranger, nattliv, affärer, vattenaktiviteter och Gulfarium!

Overall the unit was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with amenities for enjoying the beautiful ocean both outside and inside the unit! The building itself offered a clean pool, grilling equipment and building staff who provided excellent support Some exterior issues need attention, particularly water accumulating around entrance areas and parking lot could be a slip hazard. Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing vacation that I look forward to enjoying again soon. Dr. Pat H.

Stress free time

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. The beach was beautiful the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. I'm already planning my next trip thank you for a great stay

Our only beach place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay, as always. Never long enough. This unit could use a little updating in the bathroom & kitchen. Hated the plastic veneer on the cabinets. We do not cook while on vacation, but I do boil water for tea. There was no boiler large enough or tea kettle just to boil water. Coffee maker was hit or miss. Took 30 minutes just to drain through. Had trouble with the entry keypad several times, but management solved the problem immediately each time. Will continue to stay at the Nautilus. The family clientele, due to the rules, makes it the best place ever. I recommend The Nautilus to everyone!

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adequate for a few days....but would have been annoying for longer. Everything was extremely dated and the furniture, especially the couch, was worn and unappealing (stains). The cabinets were in poor condition and overall the place was not a welcome sanctuary...it was just a place to sleep. The unit was not befitting the amazing view.

Perfect Vacation in a Great Unit

The unit (1305) was very clean and beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Bed was great and views were amazing. On- site staff are great. Ready to go back!

Staff was friendly and accommodating.The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Only had 1 chair on the balcony,would have been nice to have at least 2. Someone was smoking in a nearby unit so it made it unbearable to be on the balcony at times.
