The view from the balcony was perfect!! So beautiful to wake up to! The condo had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive! We are making this place our yearly rental!

Breathtaking views! Convenient to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our 7 and 12 year old girls. We had an amazing time! The views were amazing! Access to the beach was great! Just go down stairs and over to the beach, no problem. The balcony was great also. Everything was just as described. We will definitely stay here again!

Another great week at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time staying at the Nautilus was over 20 years ago. We have stayed other places however,we always seem to come back. The location is great, the beach views are like no other and there are many great restaurants nearby. The complex is smaller than most, well maintained and the staff are always accommodating and readily available. The condo was just as it was described with a wonderful view of the gulf. The Nautilus will continue to be our go to place on the beach.

Great communication from booking to checkout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both elevators were working in September 2023. Building is right on the beach with easy boardwalk access (no gate or lock). There is a bin of beach chairs and toys by the boardwalk where people have left items you can use. New appliances in the condo. I was most impressed with the excellent communication from the from the property managers. I was very well informed of all procedures and what would be in the condo upon arrival. Unit 2708 is on the top (7th) floor. Amazing Gulf views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The water is clear and beautiful. The sand is clean and white. We loved the free beach service. There is a bookshelf full of books in the office. We will definitely be back!

Great location

This is a great location for family’s that want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Destin but still be close to everything. Room was up to date and very clean. We had issues with the dryer not working but management made sure we had extra towels and offered to dry any personal items if we needed them. Would definitely stay here again.

I accidently booked the wrong unit and the manager was super helpful in helping me correct my mistake. When we got there we let them know we were early but did not expect an early check in. We hung out at the beach and used the chairs that come a long with the rental which was great. While there, I got a text that our room was ready early! We went in and the condo was very nice and most importantly very clean! I was impressed by the whole place. The shower was amazing, they had everything we needed and even provided a full bucket of ice which was very appreciated for us beach goers. There was an abundance of extra blankets and pillows too. I feel they went above and beyond our needs. Its probably the best VRBO I have been to!

Unit was nice and clean. Perfect size, accommodations for 2 but we could’ve stood to bring more people. Definitely will come back again. Had everything we wanted/needed! Beach access was super close and nice to have. Pool was nice and clean. Not heated but that’s besides the point. Chairs and umbrellas for beach are included. Great stay!

This particular unit probably has not been renovated in years. The furniture was subpar and looked liked yard sale purchases.The master bath was a joke. We will not be back. We loved the staff and any concerns were addressed immediately.

Love Nautilus, This Unit, Not So Much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Nautilus for many years and in several different units. This unit was [probably the one that needed the most updates. The fridge barely closed (we had to push with quite the force). The coffee maker was very old and gross. Kitchen items were minimum. Guestroom headboard was falling over. Carpet needed a refresh. And while the view from the balcony was great, this will not be a unit we stay in again without some DRAMATIC changes. There are many other units that are updated with views that are just as amazing.

Would Reserve It Again

While 1 or 2 minor repairs were needed and a few spots were not cleaned prior to our arrival, the unit was lovely; very bright and roomy. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked & all appliances worked fine. Comfortable furniture. The "partial" ocean view was gorgeous and more than sufficient. I would rent this unit again without hesitation.

Wonderful vacation

Condo was larger than expected and very nice. Quiet are it close to everything! Loved the door lock easier than keeping up with a key. Condo does need a cutting board other than that it was absolutely everything we wanted and needed!
