Very clean, updated and convenient

My stay in Cocoa Isles was Outstanding

Doug was an excellent host and I couldn't have asked for a better Condo! All amenities were provided from the kitchen to the beach gear. Location is great for golfing, public library, Post office, grocery store. Pool was great! Thanks Doug, had a delightful vacation....Victoria

Perfect Stay

This is the first time that we have ever stayed at a VRBO. I am not sure how it could have been any better. A great experience. The place was very clean and nicely stocked. The bar has been set extremely high for all of the places we will stay at in the future, plus it was a great location.

Outstanding

The condo is as described in all aspects and was simply outstanding It was very modern and comfortable with all the amenities and very immaculate From the dock we saw manatees and dolphins and beautiful sunsets The building itself is very well maintained from the modern dock to the outside maintenance and the beautiful painting job on the outside You could not ask for a better host than Doug. He made everything so easy and was quick to respond with any questions we had. The community is very safe and located close to groceries and the beach Thank you Doug for a wonderful stay

Better than the photos

I spent 8 weeks here during my internship and it was perfect. Literally had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great. The local amenities were great. The apartment was clean and comfy. Doug was very responsive. I would 100% stay again.

Nice property!

Will not find a better, more responsive property manager. Location and neighborhood convenient to groceries, restaurants & bars, beaches, shopping. Covered parking in front of your door. Nice backyard, pool, canal. Other owners/renters friendly yet respectful of privacy. Cable TV offering better than most.

Awesome condo, views & quiet.

This condo is gorgeous. It has everything you need & more. Washer/dryer is top of the line. There were frozen mugs in the freezer. Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. The beds are so comfortable everyone slept great. Comfortabe couch too. Even dirty clothes hamper in huge walk in closet that even has shoe shelves. So much storage. TVs in livingroom & bedrooms, DVR & movies.We rent several condos in various places & this is by far the cleanest & best one. The area was quiet. My husband & I watched the sunsets sitting on the pier each night. In the morning we sat in the sunroom with ceiling fan & watched all the activities of the river. We hated to leave. Doug made it so easy to rent & get in the condo. Anything we needed he was right there to help. The welcome book was so detailed & very helpful. The area is quiet but very close to everything. There is a brand new publix right up the street & walking distance to the beach too. Wonderful vacation. Thank you Doug for everything.

Great new place on the river side.

Stayed for just over a month April 2018. Everything was brand new, clean, and in great shape. Very comfortable, and with all amenities I needed. Ground floor made for very convenient coming and going. Pool and pier basically in your "backyard". Good for fishing, and nice sunsets. Community was nice and quiet, and parking was convenient for car and bike. Would definitely recommend.
