Conveniently near DSM airport, Drake Univ, hospitals, & downtown, this bright welcoming home is perfect for both work and relaxation.

Family Friendly: 2 Pack ân Plays + 1 High Chair + kiddie table & folding chairs provided.
Parking: Free driveway and street parking (no garage access available)
Wi-Fi: High-speed, work-from-home ready
Perfectly designed for mid-term guests, traveling professionals and work crews, or families relocating. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from new flooring and fresh paint to brand-new bathroom fixtures and modern furnishings.
Please note: The basement has one lower duct bulkhead and a lower shower entrance. Taller guests (6â0â+) should mind their head!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the main floor, finished basement, bedrooms, bathrooms, office, kitchen, and living spaces.
Youâll also have access to a private driveway for parking and a private backyard. Please noteâŠthe yard is not fully fenced.
Entry is simple with self check-in via a smart lock. There are three steps leading up to the front entrance with a handrail for safety.
Please note: Garage access is not available at this time. One storage closet inside the home is reserved for owner use and will remain locked. All other areas are fully available for your use.
PETS
* Additional Pet Fee of $100per pet/stay applied added to booking.
* Only bring friendly, non-aggressive dogs, as there are small children in the neighborhood.
* Never leave pets unattended inside the home unless properly crated.
Hardwood Floors â Paws & Respect, Please!
*We love dogs (and welcome them!), but our newly refinished hardwood floors donât love long toenails â especially from our bigger furry friends.
Please keep your pupâs nails trimmed to help prevent scratches.
*Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets â including nail marks or floor gouges.
*Thanks for helping us keep our hardwood floors as beautiful as your stay!

*Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns.
