En mysig nyrenoverad lägenhet med två sovrum med en stor terrass i hjärtat av ett mest typiska distrikt i Lissabon - GRAÇA. Perfekt för par, vänner eller stora familjer. På gångavstånd från Miradouro da Senhora do Monte och Miradouro da Graça, var du två av de vackraste vyerna över Lissabon, Feira da Ladra - stadens loppmarknad - São Vicente kloster och Panteão Nacional. Den berömda spårvagnshållplatsen 28 ligger också precis runt hörnet!

En solig lägenhet med två sovrum utrustad med allt du behöver för en trevlig vistelse! Denna lägenhet ligger ungefär 20 meter från Largo da Graça, stadens huvudtorg, på första våningen i en klassisk byggnad på en lugn gata. Området är gott om restauranger, stormarknader och lokala livsmedel så shopping är en enkel uppgift. I den här lägenheten kan du hitta ett: sovrum med dubbelsäng plus en enkelsäng. En garderob finns också. Sovrum med två enkelsängar Vardagsrum med matplats, bäddsoffa, LCD-TV, gratis Wi-Fi. Lisbon w/Small Family

This home was perfect for our family of four, which included two small children. The hosts provided everything we needed for our short stay and were very communicative. While the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the terrace, that would have just been icing on the cake. The location is close to several restaurants, markets, sites and public transportation. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Sara & Paulo being so responsive and answering any questions we had.

The property was as described and very clean. It was very handy for the centre of Graça which was handy for everything you would require. There was a little noise from the upstairs apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was great and a perfect base for exploring Lisbon. We were a family of four and found there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you should need including a great coffee machine. The icing on the cake was the garden terrace which we spent most evenings on. No AC but fans in the living room and bedrooms which were perfectly fine. From a location point of view, you are minutes from the main street of Graça with its supermarket and plenty of good restaurants. It’s also only a short walk to Alfama and no more than 15 minutes from a few different metro stations. I’d personally recommending an Uber for getting further a field, we paid around 10 Euros to get to Belém and you avoid walking up some of the steep hills around the apartment. Communication was fast throughout and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our hosts left a bottle of lovely wine and some Pastel de natas which was a lovely touch. All-in-all a wonderful stay and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.

Fantastic Property as photos show

The property was clean and smelt very nice. Rooms were all great snd kitchen was just right. Hosts left a bottle of wine and carton of orange juice which was a nice touch. The outdoor area is simply perfect for guests if you want to rest outside from city. My older mother chose not to always go visiting with is - so perfect! I would absolutely recommend and will be visiting again. Donna - London UK

Fabulous apartment great location

Apartment exactly as described, terrace larger than expected. (Great coffee machine, might buy one !). Directions perfect. Great location, 20 mins €12 taxi from airport, with all amenities, bakery, restaurants, take away, within 100mts, 5 mins walk from amazing view point. On the Tram 28 route. Can walk to castle, & other sights. I do have quite high standards, and struggle to find any criticism. Hosts great to contact with. Thanks 👍

Hilltop Home

Sara and Paulo are wonderfully attentive hosts. Loved the old world charm of the apartment efficiently outfitted. Having our own patio to sit and relax in the morning and evening was heavenly! I watched the swallows swoop the sky above the rooftops every evening. The steep hills of the neighborhood were worth every step to be so close to charming restaurants and magnificent views of Lisbon.

Wonderful apartment in charming community

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the back terrace was a beautiful place for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Hosts were very helpful and responsive with all our needs. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law. It worked out very well for us. Sarah and Paulo were great with communication and helpful when we had inquiries. The place was very clean. It was located near transportation, easily accessible to groceries and restaurants. We loved the back patio. It was a great place to sit and have breakfast, as well as chilling after exploring Lisbon. We can't comment on noise level as we stayed during a week long celebration of a saint which there was a lot of celebrating in the streets. The kitchen and bathroom are a little bit on the smaller side, but we easily made it work. If one was to stay during the hot summers you may find it stuff as there is no air conditioning, but with the fans and keeping the windows and doors open for a cross breeze, that could resolve it. If you are driving, parking on the streets is tight, but there is a parkade just around the block which is very helpful. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it at all!

Topper is het zonnige dakterras. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het plein en uitzichtpunt is nabij en ook het zijstraatje met fijne wijnbars. Winkels om de hoek met een fantastische ijswinkel. Goede plek uit de drukte en toch nabij. Omdat je op een heuvel woont moet je wel iedere keer omhoog, roltrappen en een kabelbaantje helpen daarbij en ook een Uber is goedkoop.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für die Stadtbesichtigung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch schöne Plätze um Abend etwas zu trinken und auf die Stadt zu schauen. Vielen Dank an Sara und Paolo für die Informationen und Betreuung.

Urban Oasis

Très bien

Très beau patio, très pratique. Endroit tranquille. Rue en forte pente, comme à bien d’endroit à Lisbonne. Au moment de quitter, on nous a demandé de rembourser la taxe de séjour, ça n’apparaissait pas dans les conditions de réservation. Cependant, les propriétaires sont très accommodants, pour remiser les bagages et pour accéder plus tôt, nous avons apprécié.

Prima appartement

Wij verbleven met 4 vriendinnen. 1 slaapkamer heeft geen ramen, maar verder is dat ook een prima kamer. Badkamer klein, maar fijne douche. Ook een lekker terras. Appartement zit op 1e verdieping en het zit midden in de wijk Graca. De andere leuke wijken zijn 10-15 minuten lopen, terug namen we de Uber aangezien dat heuvel op is. De communicatie en incheck met de verhuurder verliep goed.
