Av till höger är det fullt utrustade köket med diskmaskin. Uppför trappan är ett stort rum att umgås. Det finns en storbilds-TV och ett biljardbord i detta utrymme samt en drottning futon. På den nedre våningen finns tre sovrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och en rymlig duschkabin. De andra två sovrummen har vardera 2 queen size-sängar. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Hemmet har central luftkonditionering. Avancerad vattenbehandling läggs till 2019. Gas spis i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. WiFi / Firestick

Utomhus är en vacker anlagd plats. Vattensidan har däck utanför huset och en uteplats för eldstaden som ligger nära vattnet. Det finns gott om utemöbler också. Dock, kanot och en paddleboat runda ut utomhus bekvämligheter. Ta med ditt fiskeredskap och försök efter dagens fångst. Gården är en perfekt plats att spela Bocce boll eller krocket. Fantastiska soluppgångar och stjärnklara nätter är några av höjdpunkterna när du bor här. Detta område är bara utanför staden men så nära till allt. Oavsett om du vill bes��ka Interlochen / Grawn, Leelanauhalvön, Old Mission Peninsula eller downtown Traverse City är det här bara några steg från det här området. Incredible Mos Family Fun, livsmedelsbutik, gårdsmarknader är alla cirka 10 minuter bort. S’More Week

Sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the large window in the living area. Having the kayak was a nice plus for us. The property management group were simply Awesome. I called with questions several time and they were always helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay

We all had fun in the play room. Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for a family vacation. One of the showers leaked so that should be addressed. Overall a great place.

Beautiful home and surrounding area. The area got snow during our stay which only enhanced the ambience. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect Family Weekend

Our family weekend of 8 adults and 1 grandchild(4 yrs) fit very comfortably into the home. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds and view of the lake. The upper pool/entertainment room and kitchen were great for us all to gather. Great location for venturing out too.

The view was everything!

The view from the living room is wonderful. We didn't even turn the tv on during our stay. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee was calm and quiet. Lots of wildlife to watch. The bedrooms on the lower level had trouble connecting to wifi. But overall our stay was great!

Iceman MTB race

The property was perfectly set up for my 3 adult sons and their significant others/friends. The pool table in the upper level family room is perfect! The views of the lake were a huge bonus. Huge accommodating kitchen for all 10 of us for games and dining.

Absolutely Wonderful

We had such a fun time staying at Smores fun. Our group came up for a soccer tournament, the kids had a blast being able to play outside, had space inside to play, and enjoyed the ping pong/Foosball/pool tables. The house was clean and well set up for our stay. Close drive to town and restaurants. Would recommend and will also look into it next time we're in town. Thank you!

Property was nice. The only thing I would say is the stairs are not great, a few in our family slipped on the stairs. We were in town for a wedding so only had a short stay.

Had a blast for New Years. Only one hint that could have been better is if Michigan would have won the football game, but still 5 stars. Would definitely go back again. Go blue.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful setting and plenty of toys for the lake; everything was great except place could've been cleaner. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine but floor was filthy. Ended up buying a Swiffer and dusted and mopped floors in kitchen and living room. Also used vacuum cleaner. It was evident that cleaning crew had not done the floors prior to our arrival.

The lady across the street threatened my daughter with her pit bull our …dogs were on leashes after they accidentally ran in her yard once she said she called the police and animal controll she scared my daughters and the dogs

The house was in pristine condition and afforded the entire family room to rest and relax. This particular house was a stone's throw away from Traverse City, Sleepy Bear Dunes Park, Sutton Bay and all the other small towns that make this area surreal. I would highly recommend renting from Up North as the staff is most professional on all levels. I would highly recommend renting from this service....you will not be disappointed.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house had not been cleaned very well. There was stuff in the sink strainers, we found dust bunnies all around, spills on the stove, a hair clip on the floor in one of the bedrooms and a packet of sleeping pills by the nightstand and hair in the shower drain in the large bedroom.Also the access to TV left much to be desired. That all said we really enjoyed the house and the location and all the water toys

Great Views

The house was perfect size for our family get together. Plenty of room for all! The only major issue was cleanliness of house. I have major allergies with dust. After continuing to sneeze non-stop, looked behind beds. There was serious lack of removing dust. Also, TV in upper family game area did not work properly. I do know a family member reached out, but it was not resolved. Overall, good experience.

Three generations hang out happily

All the amenities you might need for a week on the lake Up North. Beds were great. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Very convenient to have laundry available. Wonderfully private lakefront - loved how quiet the lake was with very few motor boats. The lily pads were a beautiful surprise. Firepit received a lot of use. Worked out perfectly for our 3 generations of family for a week. We were all sad when vacation came to an end.

Great location, decent house.

Overall we had a good time on our trip, but it had a rough start. Upon arrival the code we were given for the keypad did not work and we had to call the after hours line. It was then told to us they knew they keypad wasn’t working from the previous renter, we were directed to keys other locations on the property. I was called the day before to verify I had received the check in information, knowing the keypad didn’t work would have been helpful to know and would have saved a phone call later. After getting into the house we found dirty towels piled high in the laundry room, all beds unmade, and the house had not been cleaned. Another call was made to the after hours line. They did take care of it with an emergency cleaning and had people there within an hour (shoutout to the ladies that did come, they were very apologetic and focused on everything we asked). But it was a quick cleaning and trying to entertain small children who want to explore and are hungry after traveling was a challenge. It was a rough start but the lake was beautiful. Perfect for swimming, canoeing and kayaking.
