Av till höger är det fullt utrustade köket med diskmaskin. Uppför trappan är ett stort rum att umgås. Det finns en storbilds-TV och ett biljardbord i detta utrymme samt en drottning futon. På den nedre våningen finns tre sovrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och en rymlig duschkabin. De andra två sovrummen har vardera 2 queen size-sängar. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Hemmet har central luftkonditionering. Avancerad vattenbehandling läggs till 2019. Gas spis i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. WiFi / Firestick

Utomhus är en vacker anlagd plats. Vattensidan har däck utanför huset och en uteplats för eldstaden som ligger nära vattnet. Det finns gott om utemöbler också. Dock, kanot och en paddleboat runda ut utomhus bekvämligheter. Ta med ditt fiskeredskap och försök efter dagens fångst. Gården är en perfekt plats att spela Bocce boll eller krocket. Fantastiska soluppgångar och stjärnklara nätter är några av höjdpunkterna när du bor här. Detta område är bara utanför staden men så nära till allt. Oavsett om du vill bes��ka Interlochen / Grawn, Leelanauhalvön, Old Mission Peninsula eller downtown Traverse City är det här bara några steg från det här området. It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was okay I wish I would’ve been told about the ants it was really disgusting. I also ask someone that had called me to check in with us for a rack to clean the yard that is full of goose poop. Never got a call back. For as much as it cost I thought it would’ve been better.

Location• Location• Location

This was an excellent location for a family vacation. Close to summer camps, Moomer’s Ice Cream, Traverse City and many lakeside activities and destinations. Some things that might be taken into consideration by housekeeping when there is a full house staying for a long duration…Although plenty of bath towels were provided, it was skimpy on washcloths, kitchen towels and silverware. It should also be known that the third bedroom is more of an add-on. Its ‘closet’ houses the water heater and/or water softener. At night, it often casts a red light and makes loud noises.The 3rd bedroom is not recommended for someone over 6 ft tall. The ceilings are very low. It also had spotty WiFi and poor or no TV reception.Nonetheless, a good time was had and fond memories were made. The house was enjoyed by all, especially those who were not so tall.

The house is pretty much as advertised. Nothing luxurious but everything you need for a house on a lake! It’s close enough to town but remote enough to “get away”. We did have some issues that were reported during our stay:The house wasn’t totally clean upon arrival. The kitchen floor had crumbs and sticky residue. There was trash under several beds and bathroom vanities. They did send a clean up crew to pick up the trash and clean the kitchen floor again. The washing machine left orange/rust colored stains on several pieces of clothing which we still can’t remove after traveling home and using multiple stain removers, etc,The ice dispenser didn’t work and you couldn’t manually get ice.The front door keypad didn’t light up/lock and started beeping constantly by the last day.We had to handwash almost every single dish we used as nothing was cleaned properly.There was visible dust/sand under pool table and other furniture.We had young kids and they enjoyed the paddle boat and the toys on the beach. Adult and child life jackets were also included (not infant).Plenty of space for 8 people!

Family vacation

Beautiful home and surrounding area. The area got snow during our stay which only enhanced the ambience. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again!

Great place to stay

We all had fun in the play room. Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for a family vacation. One of the showers leaked so that should be addressed. Overall a great place.

S’More Week

Sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the large window in the living area. Having the kayak was a nice plus for us. The property management group were simply Awesome. I called with questions several time and they were always helpful and responsive.

Perfect Family Weekend

Our family weekend of 8 adults and 1 grandchild(4 yrs) fit very comfortably into the home. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds and view of the lake. The upper pool/entertainment room and kitchen were great for us all to gather. Great location for venturing out too.

The view was everything!

The view from the living room is wonderful. We didn't even turn the tv on during our stay. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee was calm and quiet. Lots of wildlife to watch. The bedrooms on the lower level had trouble connecting to wifi. But overall our stay was great!

The property was perfectly set up for my 3 adult sons and their significant others/friends. The pool table in the upper level family room is perfect! The views of the lake were a huge bonus. Huge accommodating kitchen for all 10 of us for games and dining.

Absolutely Wonderful

We had such a fun time staying at Smores fun. Our group came up for a soccer tournament, the kids had a blast being able to play outside, had space inside to play, and enjoyed the ping pong/Foosball/pool tables. The house was clean and well set up for our stay. Close drive to town and restaurants. Would recommend and will also look into it next time we're in town. Thank you!

Property was nice. The only thing I would say is the stairs are not great, a few in our family slipped on the stairs. We were in town for a wedding so only had a short stay.

Had a blast for New Years. Only one hint that could have been better is if Michigan would have won the football game, but still 5 stars. Would definitely go back again. Go blue.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful setting and plenty of toys for the lake; everything was great except place could've been cleaner. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine but floor was filthy. Ended up buying a Swiffer and dusted and mopped floors in kitchen and living room. Also used vacuum cleaner. It was evident that cleaning crew had not done the floors prior to our arrival.

The house was in pristine condition and afforded the entire family room to rest and relax. This particular house was a stone's throw away from Traverse City, Sleepy Bear Dunes Park, Sutton Bay and all the other small towns that make this area surreal. I would highly recommend renting from Up North as the staff is most professional on all levels. I would highly recommend renting from this service....you will not be disappointed.

The lady across the street threatened my daughter with her pit bull our …dogs were on leashes after they accidentally ran in her yard once she said she called the police and animal controll she scared my daughters and the dogs

There was stuff in the sink strainers, we found dust bunnies all around, spills on the stove, a hair clip on the floor in one of the bedrooms and a packet of sleeping pills by the nightstand and hair in the shower drain in the large bedroom.Also the access to TV left much to be desired. That all said we really enjoyed the house and the location and all the water toys
