De stora södra vallagerna är åtkomliga från sydvästra sovrummet och allrummet genom två franska dörrar med utsikt över den stora inhägnade innergården. Huset ligger väl tillbaka från vägen av en stor gräsbevuxen yttergård i ett lugnt semi-landsbygdsområde. Familjens fritidshus ligger nära stränder och havsklippor, nås med vandringsleder. Downtown Fort Bragg med restauranger, affärer, ett museum och det berömda Skunk-tåget ligger i närheten.

Pictures don’t really do it justice! Beautiful open floor plan main room with high pitched ceilings, and bedrooms on either side. Great space for a crowd. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet super close to the Main Street and local attractions. Our kids loved running around the enclosed backyard. We primarily cooked at home, and apart from availability of spices (we realize this isn’t a requirement), it was well stocked! You had everything you needed as far as appliances and cookware. They even have a waffle maker available.Don’t hesitate on booking.

Four bedrooms, two with two beds each, flank a large great room with open plan kitchen. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other bathroom is shared. Also a half bath in the laundry room. Large deck and fenced yard.Ideal for a family gathering.

The cottage is huge and was bedrooms well spaced for privacy. We had a family wedding and were constantly moving activities all weekend. The location was close to other family members staying nearby and all activities were not further than 15 minutes. Everything was clean inside the cottage and easy to find. Christopher was very communicative.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. We were only a few minutes away from the ocean and downtown. The house was extremely clean. The host did a great job communicating with us from the moment we booked with him till we checked out. We will definitely book with him again.

This property was exceptional. The house fits multiple families with great comfort. The fenced in back yard is perfect for young children. The deck and outside eating area was very inviting. It is extremely close to the beach. Spacious, has every amenity and the kindest host.

Pudding Creek Stay

We stayed for 5 days at this property. It has a huge backyard to play games. Nice deck and a BBQ. The living area including the kitchen was huge. There were nine of us and we all sat at the huge table together. The bar has 6 chairs also! We had a great time.

Beach Get Away

Overall a very nice place. Lots of room for a get together with friends. Just a heads up. Shoes not allowed in the house so bring your slippers!

Spacious home

Girls getaway and the Family Vacation Home was perfect. We had lazy breakfast on the deck, played games at night around the dining room table. Days spent minutes away in Ft. Bragg/Mendo. Christopher was very responsive and helpful, five star host.

PROS: The house included all the amenities as advertised with a large kitchen, rooms, and yard. We were close to all the site seeing locations and the house was easy to find upon arrival. CONS: communication on how to enter the home was not included prior to arrival. We had to wait for owner to contact us with explicit instructions for entry, internet instructions, and use of the home. We have rented many vacation homes, and this was a first to have daily interaction with the owner. SUGGESTIONS: include house details such as well water, septic system, and propane for those that could be concerned. Include that homeowner still occasionally lives in the home and personal items can be found...along with a cat locked in the garage. Most homeowners have a secure place for their personal items, so the vacation house is impersonal and inviting to the guests. If you like speaking with the owner frequently, this is the place for you.

The Orchid House

Beautiful house and grounds are beautiful! Was perfect for my quilting retreat. The kitchen is wonderful! I cooked several gourmet meals for our group in that kitchen with ease. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Nice Resting Spot

The large bedrooms and huge kitchen made a perfect retreat for our six people. The large yard is pleasant and has a table that you can eat on as well as the kitchen table.The kitchen is well stocked and the owner was open to communication during our stay. This was a lovely and relaxing place.

My family and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Fort Bragg family vacation house. This home is extremely roomy and prestine. It has everything you could need to feel at home. Yearly family get together!

This home has a large kitchen area for lot's of "foodies" to cook together. There is a very large fenced yard. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.
