Detta nyrenoverade vattnet ett sovrum stuga ligger i ett lugnt samhälle som heter Banks O'dee. Ligger en timme från DC och nära vingårdar och historiska Virginia.

Huset själv erbjuder utsikt över Cuckold Creek och Perry Branch. Vi har en stor brygga som delas med vårt hem nästa dörr, båt ramp och simning av piren.

Great getaway location.

We enjoyed our stay at the waterfront cottage with yoga on the dock in the morning, afternoon kayaking and dinner at Captain Billy’s Seafood restaurant. Down time spent reading and nature watching made the for the perfect weekend.

So peaceful

The location was perfect for us for a few days to get away. Being on the water was perfect. We loved being able to bring our fur babies with us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Tina was a great host. We hope to go back again.

Cozy Cabin

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a car show at the raceway close by. Very private and welcoming. Great place to relax and unwind after a long day.

Beautiful Cottage

We came to the cottage so we could attend a motorcross event at BuddsCreek. The location was close and the property was amazing. My son was able to come back from riding to relax with his fishing pole. He had so much fun on the dock. Thank you for opening up your cottage and allowing us to have a wonderful weekend.

Couples trip

We chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here for a quiet weekend away with our dog. The house provided everything we needed and the owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Quiet, quaint, and beautiful

The property is immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Once you're on the property there's an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation now that you're confronted with the beautiful Potomac right at your footsteps.

Great escape

We enjoyed the property, its view was awesome. The accommodations were divine. Everything worked and even though the temp outside hit 105 it was cool in the cottage. The screened-in porch was wonderful too. Crabs caught were eaten with joy.

Quiet and clean retreat

Tina's cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and I loved sitting out on the screened patio that faced the water with my morning coffee. it was a great break from the hectic city life that I tend to lead. I really enjoyed my stay and thank you Tina!

Nice little cottage on the water

Due to it being winter we were unable to take advantage of the amenities but looks like a great place in summer, lots of crab pots and easy access in for kayaking and a nice fishing pier. Views are wonderful!!

Waterfront Cottage

Everything was perfect! Having a boat dock in backyard was awesome! Our hosts were awesome and very accommodating! Really didn’t need anything extra! To wake up walk out into screened porch for morning coffee and watch nature was perfect! We will definitely be back!
