It also has 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a terrace with a small private pool, from where you can enjoy the best sunsets in El Salvador.

You’ll be staying in the heart of Surf City – the apartment is only 5 minutes away by car from Playa El Zonte.

We have a base fee for groups of 2 people to keep the house accessible to smaller groups. For groups larger than 2 people, there is a charge per extra guests. This is automatically calculated by Airbnb when you enter your total guest number.

You'll have exclusive access to Black Rose Villa #2 during your stay. This includes the full interior of the home and private use of the pool, living room, and terrace—nothing is shared. Enjoy the full villa experience with access to all amenities, including kitchen appliances, an HDTV, and the luxury of brand-new air conditioning units in both bedrooms.

While the villa is part of a peaceful compound with two other units, only the main entrance gate, parking lot and walkway are shared. Access to the living room and bedrooms requires a brief exterior exit, as these spaces are not internally connected. The bedrooms are located along a shared hallway with the other villas, allowing for an independent experience yet within a quiet and safe environment. Once inside, your space is fully independent, giving you total privacy and comfort. The property is the villa located in the middle of the three. However, the pool and terrace area is completely private

• Rent a car – best freedom for beach-hopping; free secure parking on-site.
• Hire a dedicated driver – we can book door-to-door service for outings or airport transfers.
• Join guided tours – surf safaris, waterfall hikes, coffee-farm visits and more (transport included).
• Use the Uber app for short day trips to El Zonte, El Tunco, Mizata or nearby beaches.

• Bring mosquito repellent in rainy months.
• Quiet enjoyment: keep noise ≤ 75 dB day / 70 dB night; we’ll ping you if it gets too loud.
• Caretakers Mauricio or Alex will stop by briefly to service the pool—tell us if you’d prefer zero interaction.
• Cliff location: a car or driver is recommended; stock groceries if you plan to cook. El Zonte beach, dining, and shops are a 5-min drive—no direct beach path.
• Please note El Salvador's coastal area has a fragile electric grid and there are possibilities for power outages in the neighborhood and surrounding beach area (especially during rainy season). We handle these quickly and keep you updated.

🏘️ Shared Spaces
Black Rose is part of a compound comprising three independent villas. The villas share the garage space, main entrance area, and hallway to rooms. While each villa offers privacy, please be respectful of others' spaces and belongings in these shared areas.​

🧹 Clean-Up Courtesy
While our team performs a thorough cleaning between each guest's stay, we kindly request that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and place dirty towels in the hamper. Please do not leave an excessive amount of dirty dishes.​

🧺 Laundry & Appliance Usage
Please note that the use of laundry facilities and appliances is not permitted during your stay. This policy is in place to prevent potential damage and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.​

🔒 Security & Safety
For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. The access code to the villa is provided for your convenience and should not be shared with anyone outside of your reservation. Additionally, please do not leave valuables unattended on the property.​

Our home is family-friendly and strictly non-smoking indoors. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.​

🧼 Towel Usage Policy
Towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. If any towel is found on the floor or stained beyond cleaning, we will charge the cost of replacement to the guest. Please use towels responsibly to ensure they remain in good condition for all guests.​

🚻 Bathroom Etiquette

📋 Inventory Check
We maintain an inventory of all items in the house and conduct an assessment immediately after each guest's departure. If any objects are missing, we will reach out to guests first.
