Färgglada charm! Rolig tropisk konst anger tonen i detta två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet. Aloe väggar och beige kakel hälsar dig i entréväg och leda till det första sovrummet. Den har två matchande dubbelsängar med färgade trä och rotting sänggavlar, ett gemensamt nattduksbord och en byrå med en TV och video. De angränsande bad har en enda handfat fåfänga och dusch / badkar. Den rymliga sovrummet har en king size-säng med solbränna rotting sänggavel, nattduksbord och två byrå för gott om förvaring. Det finns också en platt-TV i sovrummet. Befälhavaren bad har en utvidgad inre handfat fåfänga med en bänk för sittplatser och en dusch / badkar. Köket har granit bänkskivor, träskåp och ett kylskåp i rostfritt stål, sortiment, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Beautiful

When we arrived the kitchen was fully stocked which was very helpful! The location was also really convenient. Kenny, all six of us enjoyed your home and its amenities to the fullest! We look forward to getting to stay again soon.

Great vacation

A ladies trip and we had a great time. Kenny is great to work with. When we did have a problem caused by another floor apartment, Kenny took care of things and checked in to make sure we were having a good time. So nice to not have to check in at front desk.

Great condo - easy to work with

My family and I enjoyed the condo. Ken was incredibly easy to deal with, always quick to respond and very accommodating. It was clean and well maintained. There wasn't much traffic near it bc it was at the far end of the floor. That was also a perk, bc we didn't hear sounds drifting up from the pool, since we were not directly over it. I'd rent from Kenny again.

Nice Spring Break for Family

It a nice place, on the beach with a pool for our kids which is what we were after. It's dated and could use an upgrade. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. On the surface everything was clean, but it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean in over ten years. Lots of dust in corners, closets and behind tv's. For a family with allergies, it wasn't ideal.

Great Vacation with Family

Our recent stay at the beachfront condo was absolutely fantastic! This was our second year staying at this condo and it was just as great as the last. From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in for a memorable family vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations in every possible way, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. One of the highlights was the balcony that overlooked the beach. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. Overall, our family's experience at this beachfront condo was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of the stunning location, well-appointed accommodations, and excellent amenities made it an unforgettable vacation. We can't wait to return next year for another incredible beach getaway. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you again for making this vacation another great experience.

Not Clean & Property Needs Updating

During my stay it was noted by myself and my friend that the condo was very dusty. The floors didn't look well swept and the mirrors were smudgy. Also, with the expection of most of the kitchen area (the pantry - expection) the condo needed major updating. There were several things that were old and worn out (i.e. couch in den, lampshade in the master bedroom, and toliet tissue holder in other bathroom - had rust all over it). The fan in the master bedroom bathroom was covered in dust. I don't blame the owner for the cleaning issues because I am sure that he pays for this to be done. Just wanted to make these observations know so that he can make sure that future guests will be able to see that the condo is clean.

We had a great stay for our week in Orange beach.

We love the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach in front of phoenix 6 is very nice with lots of room to spread out. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs.

Great location!

The location was perfect! The property met our needs, overall. The onsite washer/dryer was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities but could use some new non-stick pans and a scrub brush. The guest bathroom shower fixtures need repair and the tub drains slowly. We were able to check in earlg which waa appreciated!

Room needs updated

Although the room was clean the room very much needs to be updated and several pieces of furniture were worn out. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig, which is what they did when they tried to paint all the cabinets. Both shower faucets dripped all night. We have stayed in Phoenix VI and Phoenix VII on 3 different occasions and this is by far the worst room we have stayed in. We will be back, just not to this room.

Will not stay again

Nice stay. Except for the coffee left in the coffee maker from previous renters. It had been in there so long it had mold growing in it. The sofa sleeper looks to be 30 years old and feels that way too. The window blinds are falling apart and are missing several slats. The lamp shades are covered in dust from lack of cleaning for what looks like years. I called the host to inquire about tv cable and never got a reply. Have yet to hear from anyone. Definitely not worth the money. But the A/C worked
