This 450sq ft, 1BR unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, soaking tub, fast WiFi, and in-unit laundry. The living area includes a futon and daybed for extra guests, plus a 50â TV. Walk to waterfront restaurants and watch ferries, floatplanes, and ships from your private perch.

This charming, carpeted upper-level unit is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking to unwind, work remotely, or explore the South Sound.
Note: House was originally a single family home that was converted to a duplex years ago.

Guests will enter through the front door and head up the stairs. From there, they will enter their door code and have access to the entire top floor unit.
I just live around the corner, always available if needed.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the property â this includes 420. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, per city ordinance. Noise complaints will result in immediate action. You will be asked to leave without refund after the first warning.
