Great place and ideal location

Really nice property, ideally situated a short walking distance from downtown Tacoma, Proctor, and old Tacoma. Also a very short drive to Ruston or Point Defiance. Everything in the unit was clean and as advertised. Having two bedrooms and baths was great as our adult daughter stayed with us for part of the time we were visiting. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent comfortable spot in a great area

This is an amazing option for a place to stay in Tacoma. Great area close to so much, but on a quiet street. There's plenty of space and it had everything we needed. The host is very communicative and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great spot!

Awesome location and exactly like description. Quiet neighborhood so close to many great spots in north Tacoma. We stayed with my 8 and 10 year old and it was perfect. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay.

I visit every 2 years and I like the comfort and location of these condo's. I will most likely rent another unit although each are basically identical in layout & decoration. I would recommend.

Lovely view, very cimfortable

Nice quiet area,yet close to hospital, restaurants and waterfront. We enjoyed the relaxation, after busy days visiting family.

Excellent Stay

The condo we rented was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well-stocked. The balcony has an excellent view of Puget Sound. The location is in a residential area and within in walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Fantastic property at a great location.

My parents stayed here for a family this week. Venue was perfect, as it was minutes from our N. End residence, the waterfront, and downtown. Place was quiet, furniture comfortable and tastefully decorated. 10/10. Would stay again.

Great view and very convenient location!

Stayed to visit family and attend my nephew’s graduation. The host was very accommodating and helpful during the booking process since we needed 2 units. Condos were both nice and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great! Quiet residential area but within walking or short driving distance to all the fun!!

A must book property!

This property was in an amazing area of Tacoma which allowed for many walking trips to local attractions. The property itself was amazing! We've stayed at many places all around the Country, but this was by far our most enjoyable place to stay! The property owner was great to work with and made sure we had what we needed. We are already planning when to come back and stay here again. A must book!!

Comfortable stay

The view of the sound is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. The balcony is shaded and a nice place to relax. There are a number of interesting homes nearby and the location is convenient to local restaurants and the expressway. The owner is very responsive.

Gem in Tacoma

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of Tacoma. There are many great restaurants close to the apartment. It has a beautiful view to Puget Sound. It was very quit around there. It rained every day we were there and it was cooler than we anticipated, but the heaters in the apartment worked perfectly. The kitchen is small and had everything we needed. We just ate breakfast there and ate out the rest of the time. We haven’t had any problems at all with crime, as a matter of fact we saw people going for walks all the time. It is a small apartment perfect for a small family. It is not handicap friendly. If you can’t walk stairs, I don’t recommend it. Overall it was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

Only challenge was heat - colder days but heat a challenge to regulate . Fireplace was a nice add.

Puget Sound View

We really enjoyed our monthlong stay! The property was extremely well maintained and the condo very clean. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The condo was quiet, as well. The Puget Sound View condo had a truly spectacular view of Commencement Bay. Ron was responsive to any needs we had. We recommend without reservation.

Lovely visit

Clean and comfortable condo in a safe tree lined street on the North End. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views from the balcony and walking to several parks in the area. The kitchen is well equipped for meals prepared at home but restaurants are also within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely view

This condo would have received 5 stars…except it does not have AC and the temperatures were over 100 a few days of our visit. I realize this is extraordinary and fans were provided, but it was so hard to sleep that we moved to a hotel for 2 nights. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped and the location is delightful with a lovely view of the bay with sailboats and tankers. I would stay here again, but hope that the weather cooperated! I love the keyless entry so no worries about losing keys.

Stadium District Dream!

This property was a steal! I put both sets of grandparents here while visiting for our son’s high school graduation. They enjoyed their coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the picturesque Puget Sound, and it was a short walk from our Old Town home 🥇🥇🥇
