Källarsviten med badrum är privat, mysig, välkomnande och rymlig. Vårt område är vänligt och gångbart, nära UPS, Proctor, Old Town, Stadium och Ruston Waterfront. Oavsett om du besöker för affärer, reser för att utforska en cool stad eller besöker familj ... vi har platsen!

Privat källarsvit med sovarrangemang som anges och eget badrum.
Huset byggdes 1928 och renoverades senast 2018. Källaren har en egen ingång under carport-när gästerna går in genom en ren butik / garage område, genom en tvättstuga och in i källaren svit. Trappan upp till huvudhuset är låst för privatlivet. Sviten har ett minikyl, mikrovågsugn och Keurig för din bekvämlighet. Internet och TV finns tillgängliga såväl som vissa familjespel, legos och matchboxbilar om du kommer med lite. Hunker ner i den lugna sviten / vågar ut och utforskar / njut av Tacoma oavsett orsaken till ditt besök!

We had a great visit and were happy with the ease of our accommodations. The basement suite was small but just what we needed for a place to call home while we attended a family wedding and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area!

Lovely stay in North Tacoma

The apartment is cozy, well maintained, clean, warm, and inviting. It had everything I needed and then some! Shannon made the entire process very easy for me by being communicative and quick to reply. The house itself is beautiful and situated in a lovely part of the city.

Had a wonderful time in Tacoma and loved staying in this basement suite. Beautiful views from the deck. Beautiful neighborhood. I fell in love with Tacoma. Thanks for the hospitality.

Deck is a part of owner's living quarter

We chose the place because of the deck view, but it was a part of the owner's living space, and felt uncomfortable being up there. So we stayed in the basement without much light most of our stay.

Clean, relaxing and welcoming

This was a great spot to stay over for the evening after going to a concert at Point Defiance Park. It was super clean and welcoming. We all ale well and were refreshed for our next adventure the following day!

Beautiful

We had a lovely time staying, the studio was clean with extras like games, popcorn, plastic utensils and bathroom extras to support a great stay. The view was beautiful in a great neighborhood over looking the bay. The first night was too loud above us and hard to sleep. Shannon did mention she had boys and to let her know If it was too loud. I communicated via the app and then called but no answer. She apologized due to her phone being off, she didn’t get my messages. The next day and night were much better and quiet. Being able to park in the carport was very helpful.

Great place for stay on business

Came in town for short stay on business. Loved the location and easy access to everywhere in the South Sound. Nice and quiet, and amenities and owners are top notch. Will use again. Five Stars.

Comfortable and convenient to UPS

My son and I were in Tacoma to visit University of Puget Sound. We were able to walk to UPS. The host was thoughtful and responsive to our needs.

Fantastic comfortable stay!!!

The basement apartment was incredibly comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than I could have expected. I loved the comfortable couch and recliner. In a wonderful part of Tacoma with great access to restaurants and the sound. I would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future!!

Old Town Tacoma Treasure

Great location with the most amazing view of Puget Sound, Plenty of space to relax and work, New carpets, Comfy bed with nice linens, fluffy bath towels, great water pressure in the shower. I was traveling alone for business. This was my first time in the area. Shannon was the nicest host and accommodated my request to extend my stay. I met her boys and a few of her friends. I felt safe and welcome.

Unbelievable territorial views

Our host was the best! The views from the deck were unbelievable, my wife and I actually live just across the Bay in Browns Point so we are used to seeing and enjoying views of the area. Initially this spot was for my wife and I to stay as we gave up our home for family that traveled over from Ontario. But after we had a gathering on the deck, my father in law couldn't say enough about the views and on this night we could even see Mt Baker in the distance, which is near the Canadian border. So my wife and I went back home leaving the father in law and two kids. The suite was perfect as well, it had games and kid toys for the youngsters. The suite was very comfortable and was furnished well. We'd stay again !

Great location

This place was a great location. It was near everything we needed. We were happy with how quiet and clean it was. The bed was comfortable. The check in and check out was easy. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed it.
