You’re surrounded by great local cafés, restaurants, and bars — ideal for a morning coffee run or a laid-back evening drink. The location offers easy access to downtown Traverse City and a short drive to Elk Rapids. Please note, quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

Unwind in the serene bedroom featuring a king-size bed with crisp linens, a large smart TV, and generous closet space. A sound machine is provided for peaceful rest, and a pack and play is available for families. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa and twin rollaway bed offer space for up to five guests in total.

The bright and refreshed bathroom includes a walk-in shower a large soaking tub and pedestal sink, along with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer — perfect for extended stays or beach day clean-ups. Note it is NOT a jetted tub, it is a soaking tub only.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meal prep with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You can dine at the breakfast bar or inside at the dining table — or step out to the patio for a relaxing meal with a view of the bay.

Check-In/Check-Out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team can accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.



Security Deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.



Cancellation Policy: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.​
