This lovely 100mÂČ apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly constructed building, with convenient lift access.
Designed for comfort and functionality, the living room features a cosy single sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining tableâperfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with your group. Step outside and unwind on the private balcony.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your laundry convenience.
The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second includes a queen-size bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Two well-appointed bathrooms offer everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.
As a guest, youâll also have access to the buildingâs shared gym and swimming pool, adding even more comfort and leisure to your stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Nestled near the iconic Dubai Creek Harbour, the community blends nature, leisure, and modern living. Residents can enjoy sandy beaches, scenic promenades, and resort-style amenities just steps from their door. The area offers a jogging track, a tranquil lagoon, and a variety of restaurants, including nearby favourites like Al Bayat Al Palace, Saya, and Batoni. For everyday essentials, you'll find Monoprix supermarket and Supercare pharmacy within easy reach.
With cafés, retail, and waterfront dining along the Harbour Promenade, and Downtown Dubai only 15 minutes away, Rosewater offers the perfect mix of tranquillity and city access. Whether you're exploring the flamingo-filled wetlands, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying the upcoming metro and ferry links, this area is ideal for families, professionals, and visitors alike.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
Dubai International Airport is a 17-minute drive from the apartment.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
