The Space:

The living room invites cozy evenings with a wood-burning fireplace, a plush sectional, and a smart TV. The kitchen is bright and modern, featuring stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, large windows that frame the forest beyond, and counter seating for two—perfect for casual breakfasts or evening wine and conversation. Just steps away, the dining table with bench seating for six offers a relaxed place to share meals and stories after a day outdoors.



Upstairs, a loft space awaits with thoughtful touches for wellness and play—children’s books and toys, a piano keyboard, yoga mats, free weights, and ankle weights provide both entertainment and balance. Head out to the tree-lined deck where serenity takes over. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor table, unwind and soak in the hot tub, sink into the seating with a good book, or fire up the grill. This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes full-over-full bunk beds.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

o The driveway is steep. If it’s snowing, park at the top of the driveway. 4WD recommended in winter months.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the front of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and bear box, (2) located at the back patio and actively monitoring the patio.

Guests staying at the property have access to 6 passes that gain access to the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). More information can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.

Please note, Short-Term Tenant Card access will be blacked out on the following dates:

• Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)

• Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)

• May 23-25 (Memorial Day)

• July 1-5 (July 4th)

• Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

• Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

• Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Short-Term Tenant Cards are not required for public amenities. Short-Term Tenants are always welcome at the public amenities. Public rates apply.

Daily Access Rates apply for private amenities.
