Just across 3 mile bridge from Downtown Pensacola and all that has to offer, and just 7 minutes across the bridge to Pensacola Beach Beaches, restaurants, shopping, fishing charter, dolphin tours and more. Fort Pickens at Gulf Shores National Seashore is also worth a visit. Shoreline park boat launch with clean restrooms and adjacent covered picnic tables overlooking the bay is just up the street and across from the Gulf Breeze Community Center with tennis, pickle ball, basketball, kids playground and splash pad. Restaurants within walking distance from the complex. small gas BBQ on site, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, noodles, and sand toys available for your use.)

We are a husband and wife host team who love our beach getaway. We enjoy hosting others and sharing our lovely Pensacola Area with so much to do!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this complex because of its ideal location. It is centrally located with easy access to either downtown Pensacola and all that has to offer, as well as just minutes across the bridge to Pensacola Beach activities (beach going, jet skiing rentals, dolphin watching tours, fishing charters and more). Many walking trails nearby (shoreline park, or Gulf Islands National Seashore), and historic sites such as Fort Pickens. A Turtle Sanctuary nearby in Navarre, There are restaurants within walking distance of the complex, and Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market are both close by. Gulf Breeze offers a little respite from the crowds on the beaches. So you have the best of both worlds.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Location, Location, Location. It's not beachfront, but, gets to several places in just minutes. Also offers a quiet relaxing vibe when you're home. Our unit is an end unit with only one neighbor, and there is open Green space behind the unit for a very serene environment. My favorite thing is coffee on the patio listening to birds in the morning.
