Lovely home with backyard oasis

We had a wonderful vacation at Steve’s property from March1-18, 2020 before we had to check out early due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Steve was responsive to our emails prior to our arrival. The check in process went smoothly. He and his partner even helped carry in suitcases and groceries! Throughout our stay, any issue that arose was dealt with in a timely fashion. The home is very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was very functional. It had all of the amenities of home for cooking, BBQ ing and entertaining. The bedrooms were warm and inviting with comfortable beds. The outdoor space was beautiful. There was an abundance of patio furniture. There was space for both sun worshipers and for those who preferred shade. Both the pool and hot tub were relaxing. We enjoyed both patio gas fire pits on cooler evenings. On rainy days, the comfortable living room and gas fireplace were appreciated. We chose to make arrangements for heating the pool through the gas company which was an option that Steve had suggested which worked well and to our advantage. We would definitely stay here again. We are currently working through the VRBO COVID-19 Emergency Policy with Steve to negotiate a credit or refund for the 13 days that he is owing us. We are confident that we will be able to mutually agree upon a settlement. Bob and Donna

Palm Springs Retreat

This is a well-equipped property with a gorgeous pool and yard. Owner Steve was always available when ever we had a question. We are walkers so a more central location would suit us better but our visiting grandchildren all wanted us to stay here again!

Great Holiday

Steve’s home was everything we expected. The pool area is too die for. The home is well laid out. The kitchen was large and allows many cooks at the same time. Steve responded immediately to any concerns we had and they were all corrected in vey timely manner. We wanted to come back in 2020 but it wasn’t available. Hopefully we will get it in 2021.

We loved the house. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Our host was very accommodating. Our only criticism was the bed in the master bedroom was too firm for us. Great vacation spot.

Very nice, relaxing get-away

We had a great time at this property. The backyard pool and spa area is fantastic, with your choice of sun or shade at any time during the day. The house is nice, clean, and well kept. We tend to cook and eat in most days, so found the kitchen could use some better pots and pans, but this is a minor issue. Also we would have preferred cable or satellite TV over the Roku system, but that may be more likely to do with our age than anything. Location is good as well. We never had any major concerns with the property while there, but even with a minor question or two, Steve was very responsive. Overall we were pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to it, or to recommend it to others.

Wonderful home in great neighborhood

We stayed here with our toddler in March, which is a great time to visit Palm Springs. This place is really a gem. Great location, responsive owner, great outdoor space with private pool and hot tub. Everything you could want from a vacation rental. Not sure the pictures on here do it justice. Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and liked the location.

House is fairly old and requires some maintenance. Washer and dryer should probably be replaced since clothes were very wrinkled after washing and drying. Master shower sprays water on floor when used. Maybe spray nozzle can be adjusted. We had to buy dish washer soap and laundry soap. Most rental places provide items like this. Light in master shower needs to be replaced. House is located on a busy street so there is quite a bit of noise at night.

Awesome place

My wife and I stayed for 2 months Dec and Jan and enjoyed every minute. Everything is as seen in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. When ever we had any issues Steve responded right away. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back again. Thanks for everything.

Piece of Paradise!

Beautiful, Relaxing, and Spacious! I celebrated a milestone Birthday, and having this lovely private home was simply amazing. Memories to last a life time! We love to cook, and the beautiful spacious kitchen, counter tops, stove top, double oven, cook ware, plastic glass/dish ware for pool area all very organized and put to good use. The pool & jacuzzi area, soooooo relaxing. Did not want to get out of the water! The decor are happy colors, lots of energy, and very clean. We would like to definitely return. Steve the owner was extremely helpful, in our first meeting upon arrival and throughout the weekend. Heated pool is an option, and of course our preference. It was difficult to leave. The market and any other outside activities are close by. Bedding very comfy, and we are all well rested. My new home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality, and hope to return soon!

Serene Getaway

We absolutely adored our stay here. Steve was a wonderful host. It's a beautiful home, and great for a quiet getaway. Location is nearby the main attractions in Downtown Palm Springs, while still being on a quiet street. We highly recommend both these wonderful hosts and this lovely property.

Great for 2 families

Steve's place was great for our 2 families. He was very accommodating and the house had everything we needed. Awesome kitchen! Minor issue with some rocks being loose in/around the hot tub, but other than that, great back yard, pool, and hot tub.

Property was great!

Steve welcomes you and shows you around the property upon your arrival. The house itself was beautiful and has everything you need. My wife and I were just looking for a weekend getaway and this couldn't have been any more perfect. The property has good energy and i look forward to staying again when in Palm Springs!

Great Location

Located right on a bike trail makes this home easily accessible to the main strip.Private and quiet, this is the perfect get away. Large spacious kitchen filled with everything you need and 3 comfortable bedrooms. We have stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back. Owners are only a text away if you have any questions.

Clean, Nice and Close to everything.

Thank you Steve for my family and I had an amazing time in PS!! It was their first visit from Mexico City and they fell in love with the town. The house layout and patio were perfect; wish we would have taken advantage of the patio a little more since the weather did not permit it. But overall we had a great experience!
