Wonderful home

Stayed here with a friend. Such a beautiful location, very quiet. The home us just as described. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed sitting out and listening to the waterfall. Would definetley stay here again.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Just two issues. One there was a large hole in the middle of the driveway. Probably from some underground utility maintenance. And the other is the jacuzzi tub that did not work.Otherwise, this is a great property and we would highly recommend staying here. Lots of wildlife to see and hear. We enjoyed going on the roof at night and counting the stars and the pool is the best feature especially at this time of year! We also enjoyed the night life of the restaurants and shopping in the surrounding communities. We will be back! 5 stars out of 5 definitely.Thanks, Lee Czerwonka

Beautiful and Picturesque Carefree Home

This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this beautiful property. The home has everything that you could need. We had such a nice stay, and with the lovely warm weather, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely patio everyday. We will definitely plan a return visit in the future.

Beautiful home, pool and neighborhood. Stunning views from the rooftop. Great dining options nearby in Carefree. So appreciated the extras in the home - coffee, library, pool towels, detergent, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Respite in the Desert

Five stars to this private, spacious and well appointed desert retreat. Plenty of room to spread out and a wonderful pool / patio area to decompress
 it made for a amazing base camp for our various desert adventures. Tim was a responsive owner and made sure we were greeted upon our arrival by a concierge who provided a lay of the land. Highly recommended
 we hope to be back soon!

Pretty home with great amenities

The check in was flawless and I love the fact we could park in the garage. The property is lovely and very clean, all the extra kitchen spices and teas were nice to have. We played a couple games and battled on the pinpong table and used the outdoor grill. Unfortunately it was in the 40s/50s during our stay so we did not use the pool but it is setup very nicely and can imagine an amazing summer stay. We had a ladies day and went to the English tea rose for brunch and enjoyed it very much, it’s a small place I recommend making a reservation. We also went to the Buffalo chip to check out the bull riding, small ring and short shows but definitely a fun place for people who like to party. We had lunch at El Encanto, I wish we would have made a reservation for outdoor seating near the indoor pond with ducks, turtles and lush greenery. The food was average but the atmosphere was worth it-super photoesqe and live music. Also did some shopping at frontier town and the prices weren’t inflated to buy gifts for people back home. The only problems we had with the property was the lack of hot water in the master bedroom for showers. Also locks on a couple of doors leading to the backyard and roof area were hard to work, there are directions in the welcome book but I think some folks may have tried operating them without the instructions causing them to be difficult to operate but overall a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Disappointing Stay

The house was 45 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, farther away from everything we wanted and a bit remote. Still, we could have made it work if other things had gone well. Our primary reason for booking a private home with a private pool was to use the pool, including at night. However, the pool lights were broken. So, while it was too hot during the day to use the pool, we also couldn’t enjoy it at night. When I mentioned to the concierge that it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool at night, she said “I hear you,” which wasn’t satisfying. Also, we were told by Liah not to use the waterfall for more than an hour because it would break the pool. One of the pool umbrellas was broken or had been stuck in a position that the Liah didn’t even try to fix. Next, the rooftop deck was a selling point for us, but it was too hot to use during the day (no umbrella) and has no lights at night. A owner should give us a partial refund. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and we needed to use ice cubes. Although we were told to remove perishables at checkout, there were lots of old condiments in the fridge when we arrived which were offered to us for our use. We declined. Liah didn’t know how to use the TVs, didn’t know how to lock the doors, and couldn’t tell us anything about the area that wasn’t written in the guest binder. When we told her that we’d really like to know how to actually lock the doors, she said there was no crime in the area. This response wasn’t comforting. We figured it out. Be careful with the slider because, although it is difficult to lock from inside, it locked easily when we went to the patio for coffee one morning and locked us out of the house (there’s a keypad on the side garage door they we used to get in). There’s more but space doesn’t permit. Overall, this house was greatly overpriced for what we were able to use, and our stay was disappointing.

Our stay was perfect in every way! The home is everything we expected and more. It was immaculately clean, impressively stocked & tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful & the views are outstanding. The grounds are gorgeous; the pool & waterfall wonderfully relaxing. We loved being on the outskirts of the city, with the amazing little town of Cave Creek, as well as great hikes of varying distances & elevations, a short drive or ride share away. We will absolutely consider returning to this home in the future!

Beautiful Desert Escape

We had a lovely experience at this home. The yard and pool are beautiful, and we saw plenty of wildlife including quail and roadrunners. The home is very spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. I would recommend without hesitation.
